β β β β β Shehan the leasing coordinator was very nice to talk to and made the process so smooth to get the apartment. A lot of documents to be submitted (management requests) but Shehan is amazing and is willing to call you after work hours to explain or request any missing docs. I will be moving to a bachelor apartment soon, which is spacious relative to other apartments buildings. Thank you Shehan!

β β β β β My experience living in Brentwood towers have been amazing so far (closer to one year). Location is fantastic, quiet and close to everything you need in a neighborhood. If I had to choose one key advantage in living here, it would be Shehan, the leasing manager. He goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure all your needs are met and works tirelessly to answer all your questions and help with any requests. I often struggled in my previous rentals to find a person to contact whenever I needed anything but at least here, you KNOW that Shehan is always there for you! so If you are considering Brentwood Towers, just go and ask for Shehan: you WON'T regret it!

β β β β β It's lovely to be a part of this resident. I have rented an apartment in 17 Lascelles and it's amazing to live at such a beautiful location. Shehan the leasing manager was extremely helpful and made me go through various options. I'm so happy with his work and by the management.

β β β β β I've rented a studio apartment at this building. I'll be moving in within the next few days. Everything seems to be good. The location is great and the unit is far larger than contemporary studio apartments. However, the thing that I can greatly appreciate at the moment is how selfless the management is. Shehan, the building manager, goes out of his way to make you happy and to make sure everything goes fine. I've Never seen a manager work so sincerely!

β β β β β Our lease application has been just approved and we are looking forward to reside to our unit. Weβve visited many buildings in midtown area and we came to the conclusion that the spacious unit with its beautiful view, and of course the reasonable rent, that here offers can be our final decision. Also, the person in the rental office, named Shehan, is very friendly and assisted us in our application in a patient and kind way- although he was very busy, he was trying to help everyone to the best he could.

β β β β β I just signed a lease and am looking forward to moving in this summer. Shehan and team really went out of their way to be patient with my questions (As I am a first-time renter) and explain the process top to bottom. May update this as I experience the team more thoroughly through my actual living experience, but so far everyone has been wonderful and responsive. The unit itself is to be excited about too, really big, really bright and very reasonably priced. Process was quick too in terms of viewing to actually signing the lease, whole thing probably took about a week maybe 10 days. Great experience so far.
