★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andrei is really knowledgeable about flooring and when he cames to visit us, he provided recommendations on the design to make our space wider and options for us to decide.
We have installed a new engineered hardwood floor and renovate an existing floor upstairs.
Both are well done and Andrei is detailed oriented and he makes sure everything is polished before leaving.
We had a very short time line and Tiptop floor did they renovation in time as promised. As I was working I didn’t need to be there checking the work in progress, Andrei was providing picture,FaceTime and clear communication at each step of the process’s.
I wish all renovation will be like this. I strongly recommend Andrei and his team .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a flooring service which is professional in their approach, really thorough in their work and very accommodating and helpful - speak with Andrei right now. I was quite lucky to have found Tip Top with relative ease on Google. Andrei visited my house promptly and gave me a quote. Compared with a few other contractors that I had spoken with, this was the most honest and transparent quote.
The work took a total 3 days to complete because we had a lot of stuff in our house and we could not move it out, but the team was very helpful and worked around it. No damage, no dirtying anything, and still the highest quality of work. The floor looks better than ever and whole house looks like it got a major upgrade.
Andrei himself is a gentleman, and I would highly recommend contacting him even if just for an honest and pleasurable experience to help you navigate through this stressful process of floor replacement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are so happy that we hired Andrei and his team at Tip Top Flooring to refurbish the badly damaged parquet in our new home—we cannot recommend them highly enough. We loved the look of the parquet and so we were very disappointed when we took possession of our home and realized just how badly the floors were damaged: not only was there damage to the surface from water and other wear and tear, but the parquet was loose, which would require painstaking, piece-by-piece work to repair. The damage was bad enough that we seriously considered replacing the floors altogether, despite loving the look of the parquet. However, after Andrei assessed the floors and explained what he could do to salvage the parquet, we chose to take a risk on trying to repair the floors instead of tearing them up. After Andrei and his team finished the job, the parquet looked brand new! We were also very impressed with Andrei's ability to accurately quote the cost of repairing and refinishing our difficult floors. Additionally, Andrei and his team replaced our baseboards and, unsurprisingly, did an amazing job. The moulding is now blended seamlessly with preexisting elements of our home, making the whole look so much greater than the sum of its parts. Tip Top Flooring not only made our floors look better, he made our entire home look more beautiful! Many thanks, Andrei and team.

He provided sound guidance as we decided on refinishing vs. replacing our floors, and was very professional and conscientious despite the numerous pandemic related delays we faced during the planning. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a house and needed to urgently sell our place before summer vacation. I needed to have my prefinished red maple floors sanded down and refinished. I called many flooring companies from HomeStars, but Andrei was the only one who came to my home the same day, took precise measurements, and explained my options to me. He is very cordial, professional and helpful. He was able to start the job the following week and his guys worked super hard to ensure my job was done on time. Andrei himself came in on a Saturday to finish the small outstanding details so my home could be listed on time. The quality of the work was exceptional, and I added an additional project mid stream, which Andrei was willing and able to accommodate. His price was also the most reasonable of all the quotes I received by a considerable amount, and because he was so precise with his measurements and everything else, the quote he gave me was the actual price. My floors look spectacular. This was such a stress free renovation project that I booked Andrei to do the floors in my new place. As usual, he was on time for the quote and gave me a number of different options, he patiently explained to me all my options and the price points for each. I would not hesitate to recommend Andrei to anyone. I'm including pics, which include before and after shots. This guy really cares about doing good work and it shows. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t say enough great things about Andrei, he did our vinyl floor a couple of years back and he did an amazing job. On time on budget.
Then last week I messaged him for repairs because we had a freezer leakage, he came within a couple of days and not only he fixed it like new, he refused to charge us. We will be using him again 10000000%. Bonus point is my rescue dog loves him!!!
