★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Speedy rental is very tenant friendly, not landlord friendly. While my property was control by speedy I had lots of repair cost! Affecting my net operating income. After changing property management. I have increased my NOI and reduced my repair cost, making my balance sheet look way more profitable. Please keep looking around there are cheaper and better property managers out there.

Very responsive and always available, they answered all of our questions throughout the process. Rhonda is a class act, she's very knowledge and professional. I'd used their services again. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This agency may take good care of their landlords, but certainly not so much with the potential tenants. They may seem professional and friendly at the beginning which gave people false expectations, but became very inefficient and unfriendly once they don't want your business. I spent 3 weeks communicating and working on the application and went down to the rental place two times, and eventually when they thought it wasn't a good match, I didn't even receive a proper response. I had to see the post myself to know that the place was sold. A huge waste of time.
