So you will not have problem with your stuff. The staff here also amazing, they help you right away when u have problem in your unit. Just feel like living in the hotel. Try and you will never regret it

I thought that if I was moving into a one bedroom plus den that I wouldn't have much space but honestly the storage is amazing. So much kitchen storage and the bathroom has HUGE drawers. The closet isn't a walk-in but honestly is even better because it has custom closet shelving. The finishes in this place are amazing and I have rented for years as well as worked as an interior decorator here in the city. I know condos and this place is it. The view is INSANE. love to sit on the balcony and admire every night. honestly if you are looking for a beautiful, brand new, modern place to live. don't look any further. this place is STUNNING.

I have tried to reach out to management via email regarding an incident that happened this past weekend but have yet to receive a response from them. After booking 2 weeks in advance and providing a deposit a few days before the reservation, management failed to inform me that the BBQ area had been closed down for the season. The day of the booking I was given keys for the BBQ area only to find out 1 hour into the reservation time that the BBQ area had been closed. I already had a large group of family members (15 people) arrive and was forced to cancel a birthday gathering due to managements failure to properly communicate the closing of the BBQ area. I tried to arrange for the BBQ's to be turned on through onsite maintenance who had management on the phone. When I asked to speak to management on the phone my request was denied. My request was to have the gas lines turned on for us to be able to properly utilize the BBQ area. After countless conversations with onsite maintenance and front desk security, along with zero communication from management nothing transpired. This situation has caused emotional stress as well as financial stress as I had already spent money on food that could not be prepared. My family and I had nowhere else to go and were forced to cancel everything. This experience has made me lose trust in management at this building.

And just one time the lady at the phone answer just to said "I am busy, I call you back", we never receive the call back....You miss it....We r great tenants ...we pay on time, we take excellent care of the units and we have great credit score...

Miranda was there to answer any questions we had regarding the documentation and gave us a tour of all the facilities. Overall this was a really pleasant experience.

From the condo unit to the amenities, it is very luxurious and clean, and the surrounding is quiet and pleasant. Grocery, cafes, and famous restaurants are located just a few steps away. It is a little far from Yonge & Eglinton, which is crowded with people and noisy due to construction, so you can live in a pleasant environment without noise, so I think it will be the best condo you can choose to live in this neighborhood. I worked with Ricardo, the leasing agent, from viewing the units in the condo to all the paperwork needed for the rental agreement, Ricardo was very kind to us and with his help we got it done quickly and perfectly. I’d like to thank Ricardo once again for being willing to help us with anything we need.

I have been living here for a few months now. So far, the experience was nothing short of amazing! The building is always very clean and has all the amenities to make life easy. The neighborhood outside the apartment had a lot of life within walking distance. Also, the location is ideal if you need to go to different parts of Toronto. Samuel, the leasing agent, was the best agent I have ever worked with. He was very responsive and genuinely caring. He offered me several units to choose from and was very understanding of my situation as I was moving to Toronto from another country. I wanted to leave this review and thank them all for their good work! I appreciate it! Thank you!
