Hall of Fame Sports Grading offers an exceptional grading services that uses unique labels. I found their pricing to be affordable and there grading turnarounds were very quick. I had dealt with Dominic and he was amazing to deal with and got my grades card to me with a clean looking label in a fast period. I highly recommend Hall of Fame grading for all your sports card grading needs!

Hall of Fame is for real. I am in my 50's and have been collecting cards since the 70's, continuously up until present day. The only reason that I haven't had any of my cards graded is because of cost and turn around time. Hall of Fame was able to tick all of those boxes and on top of that they're a Canadian Company. It took a little longer than expected but not by much. The whole time Dominic was in constant communication with me. It was well worth the wait. The cards and slabs look amazing and highly detailed. Hopefully they expand into Comic Book Grading and offer Post Grading Value Estimates. The 4 Card Deal is by far the best. I will be using H.O.F. from now on.

I have lived a true nightmare in accepting the services of Hall of Fame Grading. I purchased a โ€œpromotionโ€ that was advertised on their website for a service within 30 days and to date, I have yet to see the 10 valuable cards I sent. To date May 13, 2022, more than 120 business days have passed- not including stat holidays. According to Canada Post, my package was received on November 15, 2021 and 6 months have passed since I paid upfront for their services online. I reported at BBB - Better Business Bureau - since February 2022 without any resolution. I requested only: cancel my order and return my cards. I will not allow Hall of Fame Grading to call my spouse โ€œimpatient,โ€ since we have overly demonstrated patience throughout this entire process, to whomever is responding and editing the google reviews or google customer comments (Dominic or a member of your team) this is unacceptable, our situation is REAL and the absence of a service being rendered IS REAL. My order number is 5772, the number of valuable cards sent- in mint condition- to Hall of Fame Grading are 10, my name is Roberto Alonso and I am a REAL customer, with a REAL concern. To date I have followed up with Dominic or Hall of Fame Grading on numerous occasions, at which point I have exhausted all avenues to obtain a resolution. All I get are replies that there are delays - while he is travelling to Muskoka โ€“ or promises that the issue is being investigated. I expect nothing more than a final resolution date for my order, we have reached a point of being in a ridiculous and unacceptable situation. On my last message to Dominic, I advised that if he could not fulfill the service, to refund the money paid and to return my cards, this was on February 8th and to date, I have not received a response, the status of my order online remains the same and I have not heard from him or Hall of Fame Grading โ€“ no response no sign of any type of resolution. I have never had such a terrible experience with a service provider, and I am writing this review for those that are thinking of using Hall of Fame Grading services, to proceed with a side of caution and to avoid a situation like mine. I am assuming there are more orders โ€œpendingโ€ since the order number was requested when my spouse brought up the issue, I guess there are more orders that have surpassed the guaranteed time frame in their system and other customers are under the same situation as myself. To be clear, nowhere on the the Hall of Fame Website does it state that your service is "backlogged", no where on the website does it say, "we apologize for the inconvenience, please note that we have a high volume of requests and they will be attended to on a first come first serve basis", we are not requesting more than what we paid for "an expedited service", you offered that package, if it is not guaranteed, then don't offer it, that's false advertising. It is also evident that customer service is something that you lack, and a sense of empathy for the situation. If we have resorted to google reviews to expose your service, it's because you have left us with no other choice. I am yet to receive an official communication on when the order will be ready, is this response you have provided the official stance on my order? "we are backlogged, to bad so sad?" because all of your google reviews indicate that it is a "fast turnaround," hence why we chose your service in the first place. If you wish to report my spouse - which has every right to express the situation online - (this is what the internet is all about), then you have every right to do so, but it is also UNETHICAL to review yourself/your own business on Google reviews. New and up coming Trading Card Grading Company in Toronto, Ontario. Great price points and turnaround times. Customer service was top notch. Graded cards look great in their "SLABS", I like the subtle team logo that is printed on the label.

Ignore bad reviews! After seeing some bad reviews I had my reservations... but honestly competition like BGS, MNT etc.. the service takes 6-12 months and more expensive... My 30 business days order came in 2.5 months and I am ok with this! Thanks, will order again.
