W	William Rollins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location can do custom jerseys while you wait and has a decent selection of game used items. The overall selection is not as vast as what you would find at the SkyDome though, but it comes in at a good second for what you would find in the city.

Oh yea, I'm 6'7" and 280 lbs so it would be nice to see 3XXL and 4XXL. I'm sure others would like to see these added your great line of shirts and jerseys. Bob
O	Outdoor Adventurer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So sad, as a die hard jays fan I wanted to give this place a 5 out of 5, but the staff was just so out of it. Was there on Saturday December 8th 2018 and when we walked into the store there was one girl at the front of the store just leaning on a clothes rack didn't greet us walking in, I asked for help locating a Shirt they used to have and she acted like she didn't hear me and walked to the back of the store. Not the kind of service i was expecting.

The selection is tiny and feels like somewhat of an after thought. Too much focus is on logo merch and not enough on the team history. The shop could do more to promote team history via merch.
J	Jovin Tardif on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to check out this store because I am a huge fan of the #bluejays and I just happen to be at the Eaton Centre. They had a lot of variety of items throughout the store. You can find from coffee mugs to baseball jerseys. I roamed around the store. The clearance section was in the back of store. I looked at the items back there. It was mostly older players or recently traded players tshirts in jerseys in the back of the store. The aisles were very clear. The merchandise was very clean, proper and eye-catching. I was very interested in a lot of products but I stopped myself. Once I save a little more money, I will look into grabbing a few items.
H	Hoover Chung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too bad to give a one to a good souvenir store with good products for tourists. I had encountered a particular racial-biased employee. Totally ignored my presence twice with no addressing or help while being only friendly and interested to serve Caucasian customers around me. I will recommend all Toronto visiting friends getting souvenirs somewhere else. I hope the store will replace the bad apples with professional trained staff.
