Price is not reasonable (explanation below)
Customer service is poor
Location is prime
So the pasta in the picture cost $18 if you purchase it as a combo (Minute Maid apple juice and garlic bread stick). The cashier rang in a combo although it was not asked for. So the plate ended up costing $13 is after removing the apple juice!!!
Management: lower your food pricing. Your menus is flour based which is considered the cheapest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just tried their lasagna. It looked really good. However, looks can be deceiving. It tasted very bland and I thought I had lost my taste buds but I had my friend try it as well and agreed there was no taste. I would ask the franchise in question to look into revising the recipe to make taste more flavoursome. The quantity was great but what’s quantity when the food isn’t good.

Tastes like nail polish remover ? asked for a refund but the manager refused.
It's overpriced and has poor management
Literally go anywhere but this place. Lots of choices in this food court

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at this location yesterday mainly because it is halal and it’s Italian, bought the chicken pasta, it was very bland, no chicken it barely had any cheese on it . I am not sure who is the chef but if you are going to charge a high price for your meals, the least you can do is provide quality meals. I have also tried your
Lasagnas before and it certainly doesn’t have that Italian taste. You need to improve the quality of food you serve and your customer service needs a lot of work, very poor!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sbarro in Eaton is Halal. No idea abt other branches. I had to rush that’s why very few photos I have. Taste good. Definitely ll visit there whenever I crave for Italian. Google is showing temporarily close , it’s wrong. Sbarro Eaton is open.

This place makes you feel like family. Try to order something other than pizza because whatever you order will be on point and the best part is everything is Halal.
Staff members are always friendly, prices are reasonable and the spot is always kept clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect for some amazing mid day pizza, I got a fresh XL pizza with 3 toppings. The dough was perfectly cooked with a delicious topping to cheese&sauce ratio. Absolutely delicious, can’t wait to go back!!!

anyway for the price it’s not worth it. Quick meal for $12?
The taste wasn’t that fresh either.
Also I ordered one in beef and one in chicken.
Beef one had no beef as you can see from the picture.
The chicken one was ok. They enhanced the taste by adding sweet chili sauce on the top.
