Normally I purchase the soaps but recently the scent is too much for my baby that I had to switch to milder unscented brands. Instead I treat myself to bath bombs once in a while.

I knew one of the products I was buying (Dirty body spray) but not the other (Grass perfume) and am very happy with both. Grass smells fresh and green and uplifting. I dont like smoky scents too much, or sweet ones, so I'm happy this one suits me (I tend to go for spicy, earthy notes) and happy I took the chance since we can't buy and smell in store yet. And Dirty I've been using for years. It never fails to uplift. When I called to pick up my order, Meg was enthusiastic about my purchase and gave me a description of the perfumes. She seems to be passionate about her job, even without me inquiring. She also gave me a few samples (including one I asked for). Thanks for the great experience, Meg!
V	Victoria Berry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I went for in store pickup (which btw, they had my order ready within 1 hour), staff were friendly, engaging, and followed COVID protocol to a T. I did receive one wrong item (realized when I got home, and given how busy places are this is understandable) and had emailed to let them know. The manager (Meaghan) contacted me first thing the next day, very kindly, to offer a replacement. She (btw I love that this store uses pronouns in their signatures) let me keep the wrong item and was also kind enough to provide me with samples. Was able to go back in store that same day to pickup the original item. Staff again are very friendly, courteous, understanding and giving. I hope the rest of this busy season bodes well for them. Thank you Lush @ Eaton Centre!!

The staff are welcoming, friendly, and informative about the products. Ask the staff to try a sample at home. The products are more expensive than a typical skincare products at a pharmacy, so trying it at home is helpful.

Idk if the staff had a sixth sense or could just tell by looking at me how bad i felt. I was buying bath bombs to have a relaxing evening and shared what i was going through. Staff members picked a product each and gave to me. My heart melted. I had the most wonderful bath and was finally able to sleep. This store is not just people selling products. They are not just about the environmentally friendly products. They genuinely care and are compassionate for their customers Thank you Lush employees. I will never forget your generosity when i really needed it.
