The employees have always given the correct advice on how to use dyes and products and have helped me with my personal colour choices and how to get the shade I need. They have excellent employees who work or have worked as professional hairdressers. This is a great place. Prices are excellent. I love this store.

I bought hair trimming scissors here about 18-20 months ago. $30. Needed a new pair so re-visited, and owner assured the new brand was just as good for the same price. Very flimsy, light, and poor quality. No refunds and returns obviously.

I felt like I was in really good hands and am happy with the products he suggested. Friendly and warm service and all Covid protocols in place. Highly recommend :)

As someone who can't afford to go to a salon but wants to use professional products, a little guidance is necessary. Ruth helped me select the right shades, gave me directions and suggested other products to make my DIY experience successful. My hair turned out great. Will be coming here now instead of Cosmetic World. Thanks Ruth!
