J	James M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had very bad experiences here in the past, but recently I had a great experience in the pharmacy (I was helped by Frances, I think). Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and everything went quickly and smoothly. So I've updated my review accordingly.
R	Rose L. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a patient with the pharmacy for 5 years. The pharmacy staff knew my name and face so the experience was always very personal. They answered calls and filled prescriptions very quickly (15-30mins) and refills in just hours. Very reliable and friendly service. I have since moved away to a new pharmacy that has much longer wait times and is not even located downtown.

I did not educate myself enough when purchasing two of the products that ended up giving me bad reactions. The beauty boutique manager Victoria was super helpful and patient, she helped me through the exchange process and I was able to get products that are more suitable for my sensitive skin. The fact they would go above and beyond to help an exchange customer speaks volumes about their customer service. Will definitely recommend.

Am waiting for manager to come on tuesday and because no one can falsely accuse someone when not 100% sure even after whole arguement he was following me through the store and till chek counter its literally harassing and not acceptable Will not leave this matter
J	Joseph on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pharmacist at this location needs more training, desperately. Seems to have trouble operating medical equipment, as the processing of a COVID test takes 1 whole hour! Not to mention he SHOVES the nasal swab into your nose, Spain without the S.
L	Lola Popova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I had read the reviews before visiting this location. We were shocked by the lack of customer service at their pharmacy. We booked a vaccination appointment on Dec 9th and called in advance to check the supply and ensure it was okay to visit. We travelled an hour and arrived early only to be told to wait for nothing for 10 minutes (there were no other customers present, and we weren't told what or whom exactly we were supposed to wait for). The pharmacists were rude, kept showing how annoyed they were by our presence with sighing. They told us they wouldn't be able to administer vaccine even though there were many booking openings online. Now, that's okay, errors happen, there could be an issue with the system itself, but the way we were treated is unacceptable - no apology, no advice regarding the next steps. We asked if we could even trust the online system or if the online booking system was a scam to what one of the pharmacists just nodded and said, "Sure, it's whatever you want to call it". While we were there, other customers were complaining about the slow service as well. The lack of care and professionalism at this location's pharmacy is mind-blowing.

She was so happy and positive and really went above n beyond in trying to help me find the products i needed. Someone give her a raise.
A	Ace Shaw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be a pleasant pharmacy but I’m not sure what happened. My doctors faxes apparently never go through. I have to follow up with them to ensure they follow up on previous requests and if I don’t they’ll never contact my doctor for refills and say they did. It’s very frustrating. They lost my prescription a couple times and then had to wait half an hour for them to remake it. The list goes on. There’s a couple people there that are pleasant but I couldn’t believe the attitude and service from one of the technicians, who generally looks like she’s having a bad day every time I see her. Save your time and energy and go to another pharmacy
