β β β β β Now I only use this store for all my hair products. Great value and unbeatable prices comparing to sephora, shoppers drugmart and so on. I only order online as the store is quite far away from my home, but shipping is super quick. And amazing selection of professional brands. Well done !

β β β β β I ordered from their website three times. Their website states that free shipping is included for all orders over $49. All my orders were over $49, and two times out of three I had to pay $14.99 for shipping and my postal code wasn't listed as the remote location one. When I emailed them they mentioned that only orders over $150 qualify for shipment. What a scam!

β β β β β I have no idea how did it get so many good reviews. I have to say I do not believe these after I ordered from the store!
Ordered hair colour products. When I received them, I checked their batch code and showed the production date was more than 4 years 7 months! Didn't show the expired date. Even it's not expired, I do believe it's almost expired, and I don't feel safe and comfortable for chemical products. Bought many time hair colour products from supermarket, their production date were within one year.
The liquid from one tube was not fresh. We can obviously see the colour of liquid is discolored and uneven from the photo. Especially the blue circled part, it's the liquid in the tube nozzle, that is already dry.
I do believe that the store is creating false information to make itself look good. Not only due to these good reviews, but also the data shows on their prodcut page that shows how many items sold in last serveral hours. If the data is currect that really sold so quickly, the products I received won't be producted at more than 4 years ago, and their products won't be kept in their stock so long time! Even if we subtract the time( we just acount the time as one year) from production to them stock with goods, the products are still stuck in the backroom too long!
In additon, I found their return policy is really not friendly! If I saw it before ordering them, I won't order!
Personally, I would like to recommend customers that check the batch code of what you bought.

β β β β β I just placed an online order, they have a Canadian store which is a plus I know shipping will be fast. The prices are way more affordable than what Amazon was offering. I have officially found my new place to shop at. Pretty impressed and I havenβt even received the product yet!

β β β β β I have purchased hair products from cosmetic world and extensions several times. Excellent service, the best hair you can find in the city hands down. The sweet lady (I think is the owner) I told her that the last time I bought the extensions from her I tried to put it on the clips myself and didnβt do the best job, she offered to do this for me after I bought the extensions and they look and feel wonderful!

Everyone from the owner to cashier was ALWAYS very helpful.
The lady name Loretta ( I 've heard that she had retired recently) made a special effort to make my trip worthwhile. And besides the superb service the store carries the most beauty products one would ever imagine. And I do know it as a fact because the Cosmetic World is not the first or the second place I visited during the last several years I visited.
I highly recommend this store to anyone who is interested in improving their look and self being.
