★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management at this store is very disappointing because they have no understanding of accessibility and how to deal with people with disabilities. It is very sad as a person with a invisible disability dealing with the incompetent Management of this store but when head office seams to not care about the Management human rights violation against people with disabilities it is very concerning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The black Friday offer was amazing.I was lucky to avail the offer on the body lotions. Now I have so many of them. I'm waiting for a good offer on their Mists now. Sweater weather and champagne Mists are one of my favorites.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like all the products and deals! But there is an employee that was rude with me. She was working as a cashier. She has kind of blond hair and wear round eyeglasses. After I asking her if I could get any discount for my birthday month like a lot of stores do. She said no and that’s okay. I just bought sometime random that day because I already have a lot of stuff from the store. After paying for my hand wash I heard her talking about me with other employee!! Like mocking me!! How unprofessional is this? I was checking an information! What’s is wrong with that? I’ll complain with her supervisor. That lady triggered my social phobia. I wish her all the worst :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the product I needed but customer service was below my expectations. I was expecting a more helpful behavioir towards me but instead got blunt one line replies and left to myself to think and figure out. It was more reactive than active customer service unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees need to be better supported by their management. If clients choose not to wear masks, then service should simply be denied. No fuss.
The cashier literally did not know how to handle the situation of a client telling me to shut up when I asked that a mask be worn. It is hard enough for young employees in normal circumstances, hence why solid management support is so important.
The store was not particularly busy: 10 -15 staff with about 15 - 20 clients. An easily manageable environment.
I also note that at the Ottawa locations, an employee is proactively making sure that every client has clean hands with a little spray bottle. This extra attention is needed, and appreciated, since people are touching so much product due to the nature of this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and helpful staff, always organized and quick to checkout! Love their Fall collection! Missed My fave in 2020, Bonfire Bash, but got it this year! Tried a new scent that I love too, Sunrise Woods!
Just a very enjoyable store to go into with a very welcoming and positive atmosphere.
