Had an appointment - and still could not get a vaccine, and they just had everything lying about. They had walk ins and appointments waiting in the same lines and although they said they “prioritize” appointments, walk ins who came in after me (as I went early for my appointment), we’re still being seen first well after my appointment time. When I went to the counter to ask and found there were still two people ahead of me, I asked for my health card back and left - especially seeing all the issues between the person giving the doses and the pharmacists taking in patients - further delaying the process. So chaotic and stressful and rude that I left without getting my vaccine. Just did not feel comfortable and have a bad back so could not continue standing around being bumped by everyone…..(why have appointments if you allow a free for all in the end?). I asked them to make sure it didn’t record me as vaccinated - but sure enough I received a certificate, so I don’t know if that will further complicate things for me. Heard they changed owners and i have been going there for years - but am definitely looking for a new pharmacy now.

This is the worst shoppers ever and I’ve never had a good experience when getting my prescriptions here. Coming here is a drag and so exhausting. 1) The staff, specifically the blonde young women, is super rude. I remember she messed up my prescription and proceeded to yell at me instead of taking accountability and fixing the situation. She was yelling at me to the point other costumers at the shoppers was looking and even affirming to how rude she was being to me. I let her know that I didn’t appreciate her speaking to me in the way she was. When she realized she messed up, instead of apologizing, she just rudely handed my my medication. 2) They are very unorganized. My prescriptions are never ready, even though I’ve received a text saying my prescriptions were ready. 3) The wait times to even pick up my prescription is so extremely 4) When I try to call, the lines are either down or the wait time is over 1hr. One time, I was on hold for over an hour and decided to walk over while being on the phone and when I got into the shoppers, it wasn’t even busy! They weren’t serving anyone, and the store/pharmacy was empty. I eventually told them that I was on the line still waiting to see how long it would take them and they shrugged it off. If you can avoid this shoppers please do, but if you cannot, prepare to be irritated.

Is there a zero star? Absolutely awful experience with the pharmacy. Called ahead to make sure they had the appropriate medication, was told it would take 40 min to fill, 8 hours later I was was told it would take 20 min to fill. I was told they could only fill 30 days because of my insurance, but when I got home they had only provided me with 6 days worth. The pharmacist never explained to me that they would still owe me medication that apparently is on back order for two weeks, after already processing through my insurance- keeping in mind I only had 6 days worth. Nobody explained the situation. When I went back (now the fourth attempt to fill my prescription) and asked to speak to the pharmacy manager (two separate staff told me they would get her) they refused to come out and speak with me. I was then informed by another pharmacist that they didn’t have the inventory to fill my prescription. Zero care about how important it is for medication to be taken in a timely manner- 24 hours I waited to be told they couldn’t fill the prescription. The absolutely worst pharmacy experience I have ever had.

First time attending this pharmacy and had an amazing experience with the pharmacist Christine. She was extremely pleasant and knowledgable and ensured I received my vaccine as per my scheduled appointment. excellent service - will definitely return!!

The service at this pharmacy is the worst I have ever experienced. The staff are rude & have attitudes. I moved my prescriptions over as they are close by. I have a new insurance company & when they said it didn't go thru I asked them if it requires a 7 digit number to put a zero in front. They said it didn't work. The last time same thing they said it didn't go thru. I asked them again to put a zero in front & presto it worked. I can't believe they couldn't have resolved this earlier. I had surgery was in pain & had to pay for full price for prescriptions with credit card & then will have to submit the receipts manually. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I went into the store a week ago while passing by the area. It is well organized and the staff is so courteous, especially Christine. She went out of her way to help us and explain the vaccination process in detail. Will definitely go by this Shoppers again when I need something.

This Shoppers Pharmacy apparently had a change of ownership around June 2021. Since then the pharmacy service level has taken a nose dive. Pharmacy staff are coarse and rude, and make customers feel like we’re imposing on them for asking for service. This has been true through several interactions. Most recently, I needed to consult with my doctor by phone as I ran out of medication and the holidays were coming up fast. I spoke with my Dr the morning of Dec 23rd and they faxed in the prescription. I went to the counter that evening expecting my prescription to be ready for pickup. Instead I was told that it would take 24 hrs. I asked why, and was told that if it was urgent I could call them. But I was standing right there, asking the question! Apparently they expect that I’m supposed to chase my prescription through their system if I want timely service, as if it was my fault. I couldn’t believe it. I received the notification that my prescription was ready for pickup Dec 24th at 8pm while I was sitting down to dinner with family across town.

I received my third booster at this location and had a very pleasant experience with the staff helping me with the intake form as well as the pharmacist administering the vaccine. I had an appointment at 12pm and was in and out relatively quickly. Thank you for the great service!
