I've found out at that ordering well done is essential for this location unless you want a doughy undercooked pizza delivered. Delivery times are usually on the longer side, with the exception of tge last pizza I ordered. It was the Sunday Triple crown deal and was on Super bowl Sunday - it came within 15 minutes of ordering it and was quite dry when I recieved it, leading me to beleive they either gave me an cancelled order or pre made a bunch of them due to the volume of orders.
R	Raymond Cho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s true with the other reviews. This place is so disorganized. Wow. I had 2 orders of breadsticks, 4 orders of chocolate pie and 2 Pepsi drinks. They gave me 2 marinara sauces but “forgot” one of the bread sticks. This location sucks!
R	Rayne Jones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So many issues with this location (Lower Jarvis) Most recently I ordered a pizza and it arrived and the delivery driver didn’t have a debit machine that worked so he had to leave and come back with a new machine, which has happened on several occasions before. Finally get the pizza and it’s wrong. Made with chicken and not something I could eat so driver says he will return with right pizza but this location told him they wouldn’t make it as they were closing so I didn’t get my pizza. Tried today to order the pizza I wanted yesterday and once AGAIN wrong pizza but this time I had paid already and driver left. Called and tried to talk to the store and when connected the person at the store tried telling me it was the right pizza even though it wasn’t and what I had didn’t match what they had in their computer. Then he brushed me off and said he’d call me back and HUNG UP ON ME! Tried calling the store again but was put on hold for over an HOUR!!! They were closed by the time I gave up. Tried calling from another phone and no resolution either. How can they screw up an order TWO DAYS IN A ROW!! Will be going in person to deal with this issue since I want a refund at this point in time then avoiding this place What an absolute disgrace of a Pizza Hut

Always go back to Pizza Hut even when we go to many other types of pizza places like wood oven or Detroit style. This location has quite a few specials so we are always getting deals like BOGO and $9.99 large 2 topping walk in special.
P	Peter Klages on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While this is mainly a delivery/take out branch, you can eat at one of the tables there, too. The pan pizza is just like you would remember from childhood visits to Pizza Hut and this location has always made consistently good pizza.
R	Ryan Saigal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They never put the corrugated liner in the box for a pan pizza which makes me want to throw up after eating it, probably due to the excess oil that isn't absorbed because 90% of the time they don't follow the franchise direction to include it. Today I ordered a thin crust but got a pan crust, no corrugated liner, and ended up throwing half of it out. Good pizza sometimes but you're really rolling the dice with this place.

I hadn't got the chance to eat the pizza, then noticed the pizza wasn't what I ordered. They were good about it and brought me the right order. I give them full props.
