B	Brian P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO MASKS! COVID PROTOCOLS NOT FOLLOWED EVEN AFTER I EXPLICITLY ASKED IN AN EMAIL IF PROTOCOLS WERE BEING FOLLOWED... One of the 3 movers refused to wear a mask and he went home. The other two needed to be constantly reminded to wear a mask. I cannot comprehend that a moving company would be so lax about Covid protocols when moving peoples furniture. Besides the fact that they didn’t follow Covid protocols, they were extremely slow. We had to put furniture into the hallway of the condo to speed them up, otherwise they wouldn’t have finished for at least a few more hours. When we got to the new house, they continued their slow pace. I understand that moving doesn’t happen at lightning speed, but this was comically slow. Never in my life have I ever had such a negative experience. The only resolution offered was a reduction in the hourly rate to compensate for the fact that one of the movers wasn’t present due to the fact that he wouldn’t wear a mask. AVOID THIS MOVING COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Very organized before and during the job. As efficient a move as I dared hope for. I will definitely be using them for the second half of our move for the things still in our current house as soon as it's all packed up.

M	Melissa George on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot speak highly enough of We Move GTA. The company gave us an arrival window of 8am-10am on the Saturday of the Canada Day long weekend. The movers arrived at 8:50am, and were ready to get going. They packed our 1 bedroom apartment on to the truck in 35 mins. They were efficient, polite and friendly and extremely professional. On arrival at our new place, they were again very efficient and so careful with our things. Our service elevator reservation at the new condo was booked for 11 - the movers had our furniture and boxes unpacked and into the new place by noon! After some paperwork and a phone call to their boss, they were on their way. This was the first time we used a moving company, and after hearing some horror stories from friends, we were a bit hesitant. We Move really made our move easy, fast and stress-free. We absolutely will be using them for our next move.

I had to call We Move GTA last minute and were able to get them booked quickly and very easily. The staff is very friendly, and our move was quick, even in a 3-storey townhouse. There were a lot of stairs and tight hallways, but they were able to get up to the top and nothing was damaged. 10/10 Would recommend!

They were right on time, professional and friendly. The move went without a hitch. As usual, they've done a great job. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Excellent job on moving my 3 bedroom condo to a house. All was wrapped up and unwrapped and safely moved out and into my new house. They took especially good care moving my upright piano (for which I wasn't charged extra, by the way). Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this company.

They were incredibly efficient, clearly well practiced, and handled pretty much everything - even though I made some scheduling mistakes, they made sure it all worked out. They are not the first moving company I've used, but they are - by far - the best, and will 100% get my business in the future. I found their prices extremely fair, and I am recommending them to all my friends/family who are moving in the future!
