★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are not recommending this company, we booked a load with them from Bethlehem,PA to Hanover Park,IL, during the daytime, brokers can be reached at that phone number they had, but regarding the after-hours team, that's terrible, we needed a lumper fee at delivery (delivery appointment was set for 4am) no one was responding on the after-hours team, tried both to call and emailed them (it were like 10 emails and more than 10 calls), so we had to wait there like 4 hours in order to get in touch with someone from daytime brokers team, we'll avoid them future on...
