β β β β β Awesome as usual. Stocked up on some time defining essentials and service was over and above. Wil need to take out a second mortgage to pay the related credit card bill but worth it. ALSO confirm ZERO micro-beads used in any of their products.

β β β β β I was buying a birthday gift for my housemate and the woman who helped me was able to put together a great gift box of products from only a few simple questions about who the gift was for.
He loved the box she put together and I really enjoyed my shopping experience at this Kiehl's location.

β β β β β Came in to purchase my regular face cream and was pleasantly surprised with the customer service! They were so attentive and actually helped me when I advised them of my recent purchase not meeting up to my expectations. Definitely making this my home/go-to store now!

β β β β β I'm a loyal Kiehl's fan and the customer service is very good here. I've been using the midnight concentrate oil for years it's my absolute favourite. I purchased a bottle last weekend and when I opened it the product was very stale. It has no scent at all (I'm familiar I really love the smell!). Unfortunately I tossed the receipt. These products aren't cheap. Kiehl's! Can I come into the store and exchange?! Signed, a loyal (but sad) customer.

Update!! The wonderful manager from Kiehl's called me and offered an exchange! They are really great to their customers, however I continued to use the product and the bottle is half gone already. But I'll definitely stop by the store again to replenish. Thanks Kiehl's Queen Street!

β β β β β Blonde staff member was pushy and rude, after giving me an incorrect price. Told me I would not get the product cheaper anywhere else. Looked online and found it $25 cheaper.
Not buying from here ever.

β β β β β Deon/ Dion made my store visit special today! He gave me educational advise/ recommendations to promote my skincare needs. I really appreciate this as sometimes, as a customer, I get insecure or self conscious when people chat up with me. His interpersonal skills is awesome as he gave time to assess my skin condition and answer all of my inquiries. Ive been a loyal fan of Kiehls and when staff imply their dedication to help out customers, this builds more on their trust with the company. Iβd love to have Dion/ Deon again next time. I enjoyed our conversation. Thank you and kudos to you!
