Finally I understand why people don’t come this store because they don’t have customer service

I win the raffle but when I got there they already sell my shoes. It's unbelievable, their staff is so rude.never go there again.

Order Number: ACA03388567 Let me begin by sharing my first and probably last experience, ordering from Adidas.CA. I am an athlete, who also puts in 30-40K runs every week, after doing quite the research, I came across Pulseboost HD Sneakers on Adidas site, and I was sold by the white color, please note I have placed an order on WEDNESDAY, so I can wear my new shoes on my weekend cottage trip, the shoes arrived yesterday the Thursday, upon unpacking I came to realize that one of the pairs has a HOLE in it, and it is pretty visible, the other pair didn't have a hole, upon further investigation, I came to realize that the pair has signs of wear on it, that includes dirt stains on the bottom of the shoes, I am really disappointed as, I am ordering a BRAND NEW shoes from a PROFESSIONAL COMPETITIVE SPORTS BRAND, come to realize, shoes is USED. What even disappointed me further, is that I have convinced 2 of my friends to purchase the same shoes from Adidas.CA, I wonder if there's will arrive with holes in it?? As my frustration grew, I contact Adidas.Ca customer service, and the person listening to me, their first question asked; Sir, did you wear the shoes? would the hole in the shoes affect your overall performance? YES, is that even a question to ask a customer who just received a damaged item from you? I haven't tried the shoes on and the hole is already wide visible, what if I were to wear it and exercise with it? IT WILL GET WORSE!!!!! Asked what resolution he recommends now, and what he has to say was the fact that today is Friday, they will have to issue a return label for me, I'll have to send it back next week, once they receive it they'll inspect it and issue me a new return shoes, that process will take up to 1 week almost if not more. 1-where is your quality assurance team? 2-how do you ship out a damaged item to a customer without inspecting it? 3-you shipped the shoes to me in one day, which is props on the fast delivery service, but however, what is the point, when the shoes is DAMAGED??? and now I have to go through the whole hassle of contacting your customer service team, explaining my situation, and wait on a new replacement... 4-After this bad experience, why should I recommend Adidas to my friends colleagues and family members? 5-After this bad experience, why should I consider using Adidas as my main sports brand? why should I not go to your competition like... Nike, UA, and New Balance? At least, they would not send a damaged shoes with a hole in it, and if they did... THEY WILL OWN UP TO THEIR MISTAKES. Hanaie, a genuinely disappointed customer,

Homeless people are more friendly than their staff's, I don’t think they have any training for customer service

Most definitely the best customer service by far thanks to Felice!! After calling the Eaton Centre four times and no one picking up I called the Queen Street location and Felice picked up on the second ring told me to come down for my exchange. But hands-down everyone in the store was great. But giving my girl Felice a big thank you!???!

Excellent Adidas store here. Some of the nicest customer service we received. I ended up buying a nice shirt for myself and we grabbed a couple masks as well. Some unique shoes here compared to what standard ones you see at a place like Sportchek. My 4 year old desperately needed the bathroom while in here and the staff said he could use the staff restroom which was very nice and appreciative. We'll definitely be back to this location for any other Adidas purchases in the future. 5/5.
