โ โ โ โ โ On September 19th around 2pm, my bag was looked through by a Zara employee here at the Queen Street location. This incident happened in the change rooms where I found an employee looking through my bag while my other personal belongings were in the room as well. I was looking the communal mirrors with my friend so I didnโt accidentally forget half of my things in the change room. I walk behind her and ask her what sheโs doing looking through my bag. She apologizes and proceeds to say โIโm sorry I thought this was a Zara bag.โ However if it were a Zara bag, the tag would be visible on the outside and she did not have to look through my bag for a max of 10 seconds so it was not a quick peek. I told the on floor manager, she just said โSorry itโs only her 3rd day.โ Her response was unacceptable and Iโm just so shaken up from this incident. I called Zara customer service and went through 3 rounds of trying to explain my situation for a MONTH with no compensation received, another apology, and the employee being let off with a only a warning. I have told many of my peers this situation which they have all said that she should have been fired. Itโs no excuse how long an employee has been working for a company, you shouldnโt EVER look through a customers bag. The saddest thing is I was planning on buying a few items from the store after trying on, but this incident completely just set off my whole mood. So itโs great to know that Zara thinks itโs okay for their employees to look through bags.

โ โ โ โ โ Is Zara instructed to not give customer service? I asked a simple question and the staff didnt really know the answer nor did it seem like they wanted to help. Maybe they dont have any incentives TO help? Not sure, but the upper level management should be trainging properly. Do not go to this location if you need any assistance.

โ โ โ โ โ Very poor service zara has the worst customer service i have ever seen they literally dont want to refund your money even if it falls under 30 day return policy
Even when you reach out online team they font bother to reply in live chat and just make you wait. When you call them also they just say we will reach with resolution within 2 days

โ โ โ โ โ I had to wait 30 minutes to return an online order along with 20 others in line on the second floor of the store. You're better off going to a location with bigger brained management that have common business sense and can effectively plan the layout and staffing better or you have the other option of returning things through the mail. It's hard to gauge the former for obvious reasons so you're better off just returning things through the mail.
