Instead of trying to sell me another bell, these guys spent a good few minutes trying to sort out the issue. It turned out the screw needed adjusting. They fixed it in under 10 minutes and I was on my way. When I offered to pay, they said go ahead and just come back when you need us. I don't think all things should be free as they are running a business and providing a service, but it was a super nice gesture and I will definitely bring my bike back there for annual servicing.

First I went somewhere close to my home, but even they suggest me to go that place. When I visited that place they didn’t have the crank arm that I need so I purchased it and went there again. Dimitri changed my left crank arm in seconds free of charge! They are so kind and helpful. Special thanks to Dimitri, he didn’t make me wait even I didn’t have an appointment. They are truly problem-solving people. Repair and Run is the best in town :)

To his great surprise he had a tire issue, lucky with great referral he found this store with amazing staff willing to get him back on track. His tire was repaired in a short period of time. Thank you so much for being prompt and providing great service. I strongly recommend this store.
I	ITomation on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially had my reservations about these guys. They're quite busy. Anyhow, I purchased a Speedway 5 e-scooter from them. It was a lemon. When I went to bring it back Remy dropped everything he was doing and spent 2 hours helping me sort it out with the distributor. He even called the owner directly to look after it. I eventually got a replacement scooter. These guys are pretty busy, but they provide top notch service. I will be going back there for anything I can't do myself and for the next e-scooter purchase! Thanks Remy!!

Spares are always readily available with them which ensures prompt service. This is a good thing for us delivery guys too. If the job requires some time they give you an estimated time but gets it done well ahead of it. Been to them several times with different issues but I was always equally satisfied. Very reliable folks to say the least.
