L	Lorraine Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful experience buying a bike here. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and they had a great selection of used and new bikes between $200-550. They probably have more expensive bikes as well, but they never pressured me to increase my budget. As someone who hasn't owned a bike in 15 years, I found the process of searching for a bike to be pretty intimidating. Luckily, the staff at Ride Away Bikes was extremely patient and helpful. I wasn't sure what I was looking for and they let me test out several bikes, each time getting closer to what I wanted until we found a bike that was JUST RIGHT. I felt like Goldilocks, for real. I am thrilled about my bike, and most importantly, I feel confident that it was the right pick. So glad I went to Ride Away Bikes!

They also take in old kids bikes, give them a tune up, and give them away. Reuse before recycling! These pair are my girls' first bikes and I'm happy they'll find new home.

Had a part stolen off my bike and the staff were really compassionate and helpful in replacing that part in a timely manner. Will continue to come back here!

Huge line the day I went in but once it’s your turn they treat you like you’re the only customer they’ve had all day. Good selection of bikes and accessories and reasonable prices.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming and will always go out of their way to make sure you get the best help you need. I bought a KHS Urban Soul from here a few years back and still love it. Very good price too. There's a reason that even the mayor of Toronto shops here!

They took my old vintage Norco, cleaned it up and made it rideable for the first time in years. They were very upfront and reasonable about pricing. Great communicators the whole way through. Best part is they had it done earlier than quoted. Highly recommend.
