Not only did they fix my issue but went above and beyond in providing an amazing experience after my initial concern. Would strongly recommend anyone to get their bike serviced here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just brought my bike in to drop it off for a much needed tune-up/repair. The entire experience felt very transparent and honest! Presented me with a variety of options and advised me as to which repairs/upgrades I should be considering in the short-term and prioritizing. Will certainly be visiting again and spreading the word to family & friends!
EDIT: Just picked up my bike and rides super smooth despite having been out in the elements for 2 years. Highly recommend this spot for the great customer service and quick turnaround!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent a tubeless wheel to get one of the spokes fixed. They didn’t just replace it with a cheaper different type of spoke but they also sawed and drilled the valve off completely ruining my rim and just glueing an used tube to my tyre. I understand it was my fault for sending it to the wrong shop, at that time I didn’t have any better options close to where I was living, but at least you call the costumer and ask before doing such atrocity. What’s worse, I don’t even live in the country anymore, this happened a long time ago and I just noticed after servicing it in an attempt to use it again.
*THEY KEEP DELETING THE PHOTO THAT SHOWS THE INSIDE PART OF THE RIM WHERE THEY DESTROYED THE VALVE HOLE*

Couldn't be happier with the service and our 20yr old bikes ride and shift like new again. They even have a few new bikes on the floor for anyone looking for a casual cruiser. I think the brand is Reid.
