3	309306983 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ everyone is piss drunk and some of the employees thought a "fixed gear" was a type of mountain bike. Unbelievably sketchy place where everyone is trying to scam you for as much as they can to buy more beer. They are condescending af and lie about giving you a refund for a purchase if you're unsatisfied. . My friend has also gone here before and he now knows they overcharged him about an extra 100 dollars for a bike (back when he was much more inexperienced with bikes). Avoid this place if you want competent, sober people working on your bike or if you don't like getting ripped off.
E	Eliot Britton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place with lots of character. I limped in with a damaged bike and the guys (and girl) at the shop had everything sorted out in less than two hours. Definitely not an uptight place, but a more relaxed and fun. The shop workers are hilarious but you have to be willing to play along. In the end my bike was fixed up with some used parts and I was on my way. I see a few 1 star reviews on here, and I can see how if you expected a bunch of new, super high end gear and a more "boutique" atmosphere it might not be the place for you. The workers clearly like to joke with clients and I can see how if you aren't willing to joke back it could be interpreted as insulting and unprofessional. But in all honesty they seem like fun people and the job got done.
M	Morgan McCaffrey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in there and told them what I was looking for in a bike. The one guy showed me two bikes then went to the back to have a smoke without saying anything. I asked the other guy the same question and he pointed to the same bike, when I asked if there were any other bikes that fit my description he said (verbatim) "why don't you open your eyes and look around". Also it was very overpriced for what they did show me.

The mechanics were drinking and smoking inside the shop, even offered me a beer! A bit of an odd experience for me, though they were very friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. This place is def not for everyone.
H	Hector “M031192” Alonso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thieves. No one at the front the entire day. You call and some drunk looking guy comes down. Bought a wheel there and brought it back 20 mins after, when i realised the cassette on my bike was broken and was not gona work on the new wheel. They refused to take the untouched wheel back and refund me my money. Spent 15 minutes over the phone arguing back and forth with 2 different guys denying to come down and talk to me. No one told me it was final sale, there are no signs in the store that say that everything is final sale. Thieves plain and simple. Dont bother with this place.

We're there to take a service, and if the service had a good result then what's the matter about the beers they drink???. Anyway thanks for the service guys.
