I simply could not ask for any better and highly recommend the staff and shop.
E	ERIC MC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, a long time ago I bought a complete bike there and they treated me like a good customer .. a few days ago I went to ask about some pedals and a guy told me -people don't like them anymore. well I liked them that is precisely why I was looking for them lol. but it's ok ... then I asked him about another component of which I did not know the exact measurement and he told me that he could not help me, I showed him a photo and he ignored me, He kept looking at his computer. The truth is that day I had a bad taste in my mouth and I went to the next door, where it is a little more expensive but they resolved my question ... pay attention to the customer, it is the most important part of a business, I know from my own experience , cheers ✌?

They had the parts in stock at a really fair price, did exactly what I asked and didn't try to sell me anything extra. They had it ready the same afternoon and I'm back on the road. Nice, honest people so far as I'm concerned, and I know the price was good because I checked a few other dealers first. I would definitely recommend them.

They don’t try to up-sell everything. My road bike was purchased here and the quality and selection of biking products is excellent.

The staff is friendly, intellectual and helpful. You have lot of brand options like cannondale, specialized, bianchi, Raleigh etc. I bought my Cannondale CAADX SE 105. For me and my friends the bike place to go in downtown Toronto.

There was 5 people working and 1 other customer in the store but no one acknowledged me and my friends. The one employee there who seemed capable of human interaction was obviously busy with the other customer. I came to the store with the intention of buy a $200 saddle I saw online, when browsing the saddles my friends and I received no help so I tried to get an employees attention who was watching a youtube video on his phone. I said "excuse me" maybe 4 times without him realizing. My only explanation is that he was hearing impaired, in which case I apologize. Anyway rather than helping us he just stared us down and truly made me want to leave so I did. If he was busy he could have simply told us this. Any way I left while my friend decided to buy a saddle. I definitely was not willing to give this place my money, Sweet Petes is down the street with the always excellent customer service.

Friendly and knowledgeable in guiding my purchase. Good value. Great bike. But almost better than that is their after-care/free maintenance. I've dropped in twice to get their advice on the bike. They've tuned it in the moment and given me mini-tutorials without making me feel like a dunce (even though I'm sure I'm asking novice questions). Great choice, great products and great customer service.
