Good service and honest pricing. Bought a handlebar grip tape for $10 and the quality was way way better that one I bought in amazon for $20. They also fixed my chain really quick which I stupidly routed it wrongly. I have been to other bike stores in town but this one is by far the best. The other store told me right away I need a new chain lol.

Had a great experience. My bike was in really rough shape, they fixed up with a pretty fast turnaround considering it was peak season. Then, first ride out after it was fixed another part breaks. Brought it back and they fixed it within an hour and didn't charge me labour. I recommend them to everyone in the neighbourhood. Friendly, reliable and they did an excellent job on my beat up bike, it rides like a brand new bike. Definitely my fave local bike shop. 5 stars.

I needed an complete all round tire change on my bike. They were able to take my bike and repair same day and super quickly I might add. I didn’t get the name of the man working but he was super friendly, outgoing and even made jokes to help the situation. I was a bit bummed about having to do these repairs (although expected) but I left feeling great and confident. The total cost was broken down into the different parts and labour needed before he even started the work. He even went out of his way to let me know of other repairs and parts the bike needed in order to run perfectly and was no pressure about everything. Stellar service and will be returning.

Very friendly service from a knowledgeable owner. I'm glad that my wife and I found this place, since there a few local shops to choose from. We received same-day service for a flat tire (for very cheap) and West Side is now repairing some more severe damage to my bike.

Hmmm. My instinct to follow the "if you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything" path is outweighed by the instinct to speak up when I see something wrong. My own transaction at the store was very simple and easily fulfilled. While I was there, I listened to a new bike owner, who had found an abandoned bike, and brought it in for a repair to a flat rear tire, get absolutely railroaded with an anticipated bill of $300+ for repairs to head gasket, brake pads, pedal bearings, spokes=>wheel truing, not the bottom bracket (at this time) who knows what else, as I browsed the goods. Small business owners need to survive, and upselling is part of the survival. But this bike was not worth very much, and did not seem to warrant the proposed repairs, and I felt bad for the customer as the shop staff added more and more repairs to the list of things that needed to be done, as he had already pretty much conceded they should advise him what should be fixed. Full court press all the way. Not my problem, I said to myself. But I felt bad, so my 3 star rating. Beware. You may feel overwhelmed by the patter of the staff, who are trying to make a living.

Carrying your broken bike on your shoulders all the way to the 401 would be a much more enjoyable experience than dealing with this entitled, condescending shop owner. Untrustworthy service overall.

The WORST bike shop in Toronto. Buyer BEWARE - the owner and his wife will lie about the repairs they’ve done after they upsell for things you don’t need. This is done in a passive aggressive, rude and demeaning way to intimidate customers who have less expertise. This bike shop will even scam you by giving advice (like pressure washing your chain) so you break your bike. Check out his other 1 star reviews where he seems to have actually broken parts on bikes to keep people coming back. In my 10 years of living in Toronto, this is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Any other bike shop will charge you way less, for work they actually do. 100% SCAM.

Reasonably price and super friendly. Brought in a used bike to get a tune up. William was really helpful and took the time to go through what issues there were and how they could fix it. As someone who isn’t really experienced with bikes it was nice to have all my questions answered.
