They were all very helpful in the process of getting me set up properly on my bike! Highly recommend the shop, they know their stuff and are not just there to sell a bike, they want to ensure it fits right!

I was really impressed with how it went. They were really busy so told me the turnaround would likely be 2-3 days - they called me in 24 hours and it was ready to go. The fees were extremely reasonable for what the work that was completed - also, they noticed a few things that needed to be tweaked/tightened along the way that they told me about, and also didn't charge me for. Most importantly, after riding my bike, the quality of the work is top notch and my brakes feel amazing. Thanks again.
A	A Fulton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPDATE - WoB was in contact with me ASAP after hearing of my issues. They worked though the outstanding part replacement and were quick to address my issues! It was much appreciated. Unfortunately, I had poor customer service with WoB. After ordering (from a distance) an expensive bike, I realized a specific propriety part was missing from my shipment. After contacting WoB 3 times via email and phone, and being assured that the part was being sent, it never arrived. 3 months later, I am still waiting...I am not confident in or impressed by their ability to fulfill promises of customer service. While I have purchased numerous bikes from local shops across Canada, and worked through the process from a distance, this experience stands out as one of the least positive.

Recently made the change from SPD pedals to Look Keo 2 Max road pedals. They not only took the time to make sure my cleats were in the right position but helped to make sure my pedals were threaded with the right torque. Never had a bad experience in the decade I've been using them for service.
T	T M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience at WOB. My fork cracked and I had an important charity ride coming up. The guys here listened to me vent then turned the bike around within days, repaired under warranty and had it ready for me in time for the ride! Great overall service.
J	Jordan Lagerweij on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome shop!! Dropped my bike off for a tune up and to fix a creak coming from the saddle/seat post. Less than 24 hours after dropping it off I got a call that it was ready (now that's efficient!!!). My bike now rides better than it did when I first bought it and no more creaking! Will definitely return to this shop in the future! EDIT: A week or so after I had my bike tuned up, my seat post started slipping down while riding. Took it back in and the mechanic looked at it on the spot! He found that the clamp bolt was stripped and he not only replaced it, but he gave me a stronger bolt over the stock one Trek uses. I asked him if I owed him anything and he told me not to worry about it! Absolutely great group of guys running this shop, always have a good experience coming here. Keep up the great work!

I was told to check out WOB and lo and behold, they had some bikes in my size. Stephen replied to my email inquiry and went above and beyond to help me in getting on the correct bike. I tried two different brands in a couple different sizes over a few days and Stephen and the crew were incredible. I cannot say enough good things about my experience thus far. Keep up the great work WOB. I'm sure I will see you very soon for some accessories.

Honestly, my experience at WoB was nothing short of amazing. First of all, as soon as you walk in you feel that you are treated as a top tier customer, this is not always the case in the GTA. They don’t pressure you to buy anything, and give you really sound advice on what you need / don’t need. A really important thing that stood out to me is the way they treated my “rookie questions”. I’ve had a number of bikes before, but the new bike I bought was very different to the others. Steve and David took a lot of time to explain how to best take care of my bike, and what the differences were (rim vs disc etc). When it came time for my fitting they were so thorough and precise. Regardless of if you’re a new or experienced rider, check these guys out. They have definitely gained a loyal customer in me!
