Super friendly, accommodating and able to give practical advise on your new or older bike (shout out to Cam, David and Theo). As someone who prefers to ride 'rust-bucket' type vintage bikes, I always take my wheels here to be rejuvenated and they never disappoint. I always feel I am getting the best value based on my need and they are communicative. I am really pleased to be able to support this place as they are really representing the forefront of what independent bike business should be. A++

No appointment required. Extremely fast service and their price for service was actually cheaper than I’m used to paying in the east end of downtown Toronto. I typically drop off my bike and expect a call the next day - these guys gave me same day service! Thanks for getting me back on the road so quickly. Great experience overall!
