Amazing customer service, super knowledgeable and extremely polite! Very good selection of board games as well. Whenever I am in the city and looking to buy games, this has become the number 1 spot to go for me. Keep up the amazing work!

Went last night to pick up a game I had pre-ordered (and payed for) for a secret Santa tonight. Got there 20mins before closing time but the door was locked, when I knocked (and then banged) the employee inside pretended not to hear. Only after calling and asking to be let in did he open the door, and only to find out they had sold the last copy of the game I had already purchased... the employee offered no solution other than β€œcome back tomorrow and talk to the manager.” After prying I eventually got a refund but now I’m scrambling to find a new gift last minute. Extremely disappointed with my experience.

My friend is the one that goes and buys the stuff but it is an interesting place! Great products and a very knowledgeable staff. Gotta love that slavic Lee Van Cleef.

The mask mandates dropped already, and the guy in the front didn’t even ask if We have a medical exemption and demanded a face mask. I said no thanks and he told us to leave. Honestly I want to support local businesses but if it’s going to be this discriminatory I prefer to go to Walmart They don’t ask for the face mask or any conditions. Cheers guys

Extremely poor customer service. I had a miserable experience here a while ago and the staff refused to take ANY kind of responsibility for ANYTHING. Plus I don't know if they've renovated since then but the basement / play area / washroom was damp, poorly lit, and filthy.

My local gaming store used to be Dueling Grounds. When the owner moved to Peterborough the staff took it over and kept it open. It's still primarily a place to get Games Workshop miniatures and hobby supplies, or to buy Magic Cards and play in Magic tournaments. It has a good selection of board games and role playing game books now as well: impressive considering it's not so big a space. They have a nice big gaming space in the basement, with a good selection of terrain for war gaming. Sadly this is closed while the world deals with covid. If you are a war gaming fan one thing that makes the store stand out is it's big selection of used bitsβ€”a good source for cheap parts, certainly better than looking online or on eBay, though you will need to do some crate digging.

Used to go here a lot awhile back, stopped by to take a look and a lot has changed. I used to play Yu-gi-oh here but sadly they stopped that, and took all their yu-gi-oh related cards off shelf due to lack of interests from visitors. Overall it's near a subway station, and I made good memories here.
