The owner was very friendly and we had a good conversation about skincare while she gave me recommendations according to my skin concerns and samples to take home. I went to approximately four Korean skincare stores earlier that day looking for two specific products and none of them had it, but this one did, and many more products that I was considering as well. This will definitely be my go to Korean skincare store!

The store clerk is super friendly and knowledgeable and can give great product recommendations whether you’re just starting out with Korean skin care or are a veteran. Love the option to order products online and have them shipped to you or you also have the option to pick it up at the store. If you’re looking for a Klairs retailer, this is it! Will definitely be coming back here to purchase my skin care staples.

The owner was very knowledgeable and recommended a mask based on my skin concern which I’ve been enjoying. I also liked that the masks I got came in different sizes so I was able to try a smaller size before committing. Can’t wait to revisit to try out other products!

It was my first time in the store and while I was there, another couple walked in and she remembered them and asked about the moisturizer the guy had been using. Then another man came in and she welcomed him like a friend, “how was London?” These personal touches make a huge difference. Can’t wait to try the products and will absolutely be a loyal customer from here on out!
