★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in for what I thought would require a change of hardware components and the owner was kind enough to tell me that my issue was common amongst macbooks of the year mine was made. He then installed a program for me that fixed the issue free of charge. I walked out of there five minutes later with my problem solved. I really appreciate the honesty and genuine care he has for his customers. He took his time to help me completely resolve the issue even though I had not made an appointment. I will be coming back here for any other service I need for my computer. Thank you!

Best place in the GTA a solid guy.This place is a must if your looking for Apple products or need repairs done and want to save A LOT OF $$$. We bought a phone from Andy great deal and have the same if not more peace of mind then buying directly from Apple. Highly recommend using Simmply Macs for products and repairs. Straight shooter. No upsell. Honest and they’re never in a rush. One of the few places that values customer service In the past I’ve called to ask a few questions and Andy takes his time, listens to what your needs are and will give you honest advice. Be it a repair OR a new device I would highly encourage you to give them a try. It’s one of those places that you look back and say “I’m so glad we came across these guys ” Trustworthy and HIGHLY RECOMMEND

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend!! THEY WILL NOT RIP YOU OFF AND KNOW HOW TO REPAIR APPLE PRODUCTS! I had been to 4 other laptop repair shops and was quoted 1500-2000$ to pull information off the hard drive after some moisture had damaged my laptop. I had also been told that it was likely impossible to repair by two of the shops and that all my files were corrupted and gone.
A friend recommended calling SimmplyMacs because they could "perform computer miracles" and it was TRUE. They recovered all my files!!!! I didn't think this was even an option and I could not be happier. PLUS it was less than 100$ for the service. So fast. So kind. I will never go anywhere else and neither should you!
