★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I walked at this place I didn’t have think they can even fix my MacBook issue after Apple Store told me it can’t be fixed and I need a new logic board for $1,400 .
Since I live in the area I decided to give it a try , I paid the $59.99 for the diagnostics and left the store.
About 9 days later I got an email from Mac Spot saying that my machine can be fix for $399.99 . I didn’t believe it and I asked to make sure they did not send an email to the wrong person since they were very busy when I went there … I got a reply insuring it is my MacBook .
They have me 100 days warranty for free and I purchased additional 12 months , my MacBook is working just like the first day .
It’s try they say : don’t judge the book by it’s cover, when big corporations screws us with their fancy stores and expensive locations we forget about the small and local business that are very talented and treat every customer with care .
I would give this place 10 stars if I can .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would definitely recommend Mac Spot! I spilt coffee on my MacBook Air and it started to malfunction immediately. I debated taking it to BestBuy (where I bought it from), but decided to first do a quick search for repair places nearby...and I'm glad that I did! Mac Spot is very clean and professional. They opened up my laptop in front of me so I was able to see where the coffee had seeped to. Luckily I wasn't in a hurry to get it back because it took 2 weeks for the laptop battery to finally die before they could start the repairs. But once they were able to start, it was very quick. And the price is right too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the place to go if you have any issues with a MacBook. Amazingly, he suggested (no, insisted!) that we call Apple Service to check to see whether the issue we had wasn’t covered by a special recall policy Mac has for certain generations of MacBook Pros…Because then we could have got it fixed for free by Apple. His integrity, despite the potential loss of business, was truly impressive. It was only when Apple said it wasn’t that he went ahead and agreed to fix it…And it now works like a charm. You’re in excellent hands here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of this place came across dishonest and very shady after I tried to purchase a used ( or as he claimed Amazon returned, out of box ) smart watch.
There was no price on the product, another model of watch next to it was priced at 50$.
I inquired, after much searching on his computer, (2 people had to look for it) he told me that the brand new goes for over a 100$ and so the price is 65$. The pricing seemed random and made up. So I offered to pay 50$. Told him I was going to send it overseas and since it didn’t look fresh and new it seemed like a fair offer, and he would have a loyal and happy customer for it.
He (with a lot of attitude ) said NO, there are many kids coming through here and will buy it for whatever price I tell them.
I told him that I would pay the price he asked but that he was going to get a review from me regarding his pricing.
At that time the owner decided that the watch was no longer available for sale to me.
As a legit businessman and owner, his products should be priced. If they are randomly priced depending on the customer ( kids who will pay anything) or others, the business seems shady and dishonest.

I was impressed by the way they entered my information in the system and everything was delivered to my email on the spot. they said 2-5 days for diagnostics to finish they called me on the 4th day and fixed it 2 days after I approved the repair. I can not thank these guys enough to save my years of photos and files.
What i like what this business, despite being small shop they do everything by the book and in writing. No hidden fees or verbal contracts and promises . I am super happy with the service , Mac Spot will be my repair shop from now and on .
