SCAM: DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR DEVICE! He kept my computer for a month, took my money before he would return it, kept my charger (denied I gave it to them) disabled my computer, and refused to take responsibility for anything other than the charger, which he sent me money for, but not before telling me to "go buy one if it's so important ". The entire interaction was an unprofessional disaster and I was forced to take my laptop elsewhere for repair, to undo whatever he did. Bonus: when I expressed my concerns with the service, I received a series of rude & unhinged text messages from the owner The entire thing was a nightmare. Replying to Martin's note below: *First, I don't appreciate you publishing my name on the internet, but that speaks to your lack of professionalism* Martin, your reply is riddled with inaccuracies as an attempt to save face. You told me that it would take a week and a half to fix my computer after I declined to pay the extra $75, instead it took a month. Upon receiving my computer, I told you right away that the touchscreen didn't work, not after a day or two. Next, how was I supposed to reinstall the driver when the computer had no battery life and you didn't return the charger? More importantly, why should I have to do that if you are the "Laptop Expert"?? Why didn't you ensure that the computer was in working order when you returned it? So, my computer was disabled. Finally, between the missing charger (which you said you would drop off and didn't) installing the wrong item on my computer (which you ridiculously claimed was not your fault), the aggressive text messages ranting about how you didn't even make a lot of money off of me, and now this absurd business reply, the right thing to do would be to issue a refund immediately. There is no chance I am giving you my address to collect my computer again- that's ridiculous! Judging by your other 1-star reviews, I am not the only person who has had major issues with your practices.

Very prompt and efficient!! Martin came and picked up my laptop and replaced my entire laptop screen overnight! I had it back the next morning. He's a very honest and fair expert. :)

I had a tremendous experience with regards to my laptop that was damaged. I looked at several places and came across Laptop Expert, which assessed the damage to my laptop, fixed the issue and I was able to have my laptop returned within two days, which was vital for my work. After the damage was assessed, they were in contact with me immediately and provided options for me and was very easy to deal with. If I have any future issues, this will be where I will go to immediately.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE, I definitely recommend Laptop Expert! I had a Dell laptop with a cracked 4k touchscreen. Laptop Expert was the only place that could find a replacement. When the screen arrived, Martin came and picked up my laptop from my home, replaced the screen within a few hours, and delivered the laptop back to me on the same day. Service was super fast and efficient, and there was great communication throughout the process. 10/10.

I was happy with my experience with Martin. I called him first to quickly discuss what was wrong with my laptop, then I dropped off my laptop at the drop off location (he offered to pick it up, but I wasn't home) and the same night, I got a message with his diagnosis. Although the repair took a little longer (he needed to procure parts - I had a motherboard issue), what I am most happy with is that once Martin messages you, you're in direct contact with him. So it's very easy to stay in touch with him. It's a neat little service that he provides, he'll come to you to pick up your PC/Laptop, or provide you a drop off location. He also messages you personally to go over the issue and you're always in contact with him. For a first time experience, it could not have gone any better. Thanks Martin!

My laptop is quite old and I thought it was toast which was hard since I'm now a student on a budget. Brought it to laptop expert and was very pleased with the service. Martin was very professional and diagnosed the issue right away. It was also a great price. I also appreciated being able to contact Martin with questions throughout the process. Martin fixed, upgraded my Apple computer and increased it's storage memory. The computer works amazing and very fast. He provided quick reliable and mobile service. He picked up my computer on Friday and by Sunday it was done, and he delivered it to my house. Thank you Martin! We will be using you service again if needed. I highly recommend him with confidence.

I needed urgent tech support for one on my remote colleagues in Toronto. I came across Laptop Expert after a quick search and spoke with Martin. Explained to him what I needed (wipe and fresh installs of Windows). Martin picked up the laptop, did all the necessary work, and delivered the laptop back to my coworker within a few hours, same day. I was impressed with his professionalism and swiftness.
