★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent experience, I feel they could fill some more space with products but no problem, the Source is a bit of a weird store because of their product mix, but what I do buy there I enjoy. Their staff is great and nicer than most Bell stores I've been to. The laptops are too peasant class for my taste, but the bluetooth speakers, game controllers, and earbuds which I buy are all on point. I feel The Source needs to look at what else their customers are looking for and provide more of that, the store has a sparse feeling. Still, even with sparseness and so forth I'll be going in today for a Samsung charger for my phone. 5 stars for excellent and knowledgeable staff and good times!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid spending any money at this place at all costs. Probably some of the worst customer service I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Brought my laptop in to be repaired after it started dying about 6 months after buying it. Wasn't given any sort of timeframe on when to expect its return and was told to call back in a few days. So I called them back, no answer. Tried again... No answer. Did this for THREE DAYS and guess what...no answer! Called their customer service line which was less than helpful, they couldn't tell me where my laptop was or when I could expect it back. After 4 weeks go by with NO CONTACT, they tell me to come pick up my computer. When I go to pick it up, they inform me that they've lost the AC adaptor. They also couldn't find me a replacement for it. How does an electronics store NOT have a replacement power source?! This place is spare parts, and none of the right ones. Spend your money literally anywhere else.
UPDATE: passing the blame into the repair depot while failing to address your own store's severe lack of customer service speaks volumes about the integrity of the staff that works here. For the record, I've left multiple messages with the staff here and have still yet to have a single one of them returned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So glad someone called this out! I thought about saying something but I thought only my friends and husband noticed it! Funny enough I don't know the man's name but I know the exact couple the previous post is about. The man is a person of color (darker skin) and the woman is short very long hair I think her name is Irene or something similar. I live two minutes from the mall She definitely hovers around him (pretty sure that's why she hides her name with her hair) it's sickening actually customers are there to shop not to take your man! My first experience with this was December 4th so if camera images are being watched totally check that day! Management at this location should be ashamed there's no way they are unaware I have personally seen them on lunch dates and even grocery shopping together. I'm shocked to read he had a good reputation before. Maybe he was single then ??♀️. But see their relationship shouldn't be anyone's business but literally anyone who sees them will talk. WE DESERVE PROFESSIONALISM!!! If they can't offer it together maybe they should be separated. ??♀️

I never do reviews but this needs to be put out there Felix use to be a well recommend name amongst me and the mates. Very well kept professional lad. All changed a few months back in December a buddy and I entered the store expecting the usual greeting but he was too busy with the short Filipina girl with long hair that works there not even an acknowledgement. Figured it was something important came back same thing giggles, rubs and touches on her end. Left. My sister in law visited the store and tried speaking with him this girl kept passing by I guess to make sure she wasn't flirting with her "man". Have passed by the store a few times since not going in and it is very obvious these two are involved. Completely unprofessional coworkers should not date especially when it interferes with the service you provide customers. I am embarrassed I sent referrals your way only to hear feedback similar to this from them. I will no longer be shopping at this location nor will I refer anyone to shop here.You were a good mate Felix it's like you've gone crazy over this girl shame you've ruined a prestigious reputation over your girlfriend.
To the management: I noticed these terrific feedback on Felix have all stopped I figure with my input you will see why. I'm sure reviewing your tapes will let you see what everyone else does. Dating isn't a problem but my god be professional
