★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PATHETIC Experience. The staff who I talked to was arrogant, and outright non-helpful. I asked for a good deal for iPhone. He was impatient with a very few questions I asked and was dismissive of my concerns. It was a weird conversation. On top of that, he left the conversation awkwardly in the middle to scold his companion who was apparently doing some cleaning. For God's sake. I sat there like a stupid when the other staff came. I was so annoyed I left politely saying I'll find a better deal that I did for exactly half the price at a better plan. I am glad I wasn't fooled by the rude staff who said I had to pay way more to get the phone. Totally distrustful experience. I'm not a fan of BestBuy. They always have schemes to con and most expensive prices. but I just wanted to try the Mobile division to my dismay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to renew my Rogers contract, the rep convinced me to change companies and as a result im saving about $20 a month and basically the only thing I had to do was sign the papers. I wish I got his name, he's the real MVP

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been a while since I've been to this particular Best Buy at Billy Bishop Way. The last time I went there it was a complete dump . I happened to drop into the store because I was visiting Michaels. My interests lay in headphones. The store was spectacular because they've renovated it recently but when I try to audition some headphones I ran into nothing but problems that even the associate that was helping me could cure. It seems to me that if you're interested in buying a product that involves audio you should be able to test everything that they're selling but apparently that's not the case so caveat emptor fellow audio nuts!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service from Carlos ! He took the time to explain the pros and cons of two different provider plans and really helped us make a good decision (without any sales pressure). He was helpful and considerate of our budget and I will be returning here for my next mobile needs for sure. The other staff around were very friendly and nice too !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great Best Buyy location to pick up a new phone or plan. I have been here multiple times throughout the years for new plans and they ALWAYS beat the plans and promotions from the leading cell companies. You can get your typical virgin, bell, Roger's, koodoo, etc plan with a smaller price tag here and better promos. They are kind, efficient and will do the work of calling around to your previous providers etc to help set everything up. We recently were helped by Dominic and he was fantastic in getting not only a new plan and two new lines set up but helped to close down old accounts. He actually went through our bill and old contract and let us whittle it down as bell had been over charging for services we were no longer using and hadnt been for over a year. They usually apply another promotion for bringing your own phone and seem to always include a free sim card on top of that! Thanks!
