In spite of the lineup of people my problem was attended to and resolved with complete attention. I feel so much for the staff trying to cope with lineups and customers stressed out during this time while still trying to stay safe. You rock! Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to get a battery replaced for my MacBook Pro, and submitted a detailed form for service. After no response for a week, I called and the woman acted like not responding to my form was no big deal. She then took my details down for what I needed, said they were going to send me a quote by email, and then rushed to get me off the phone, saying she had customers to deal with. Like literally was about to hang up to eet me off the phone. I never received an email. Clearly they're not that interested in customer service!

From the time I submitted my service request to the work being completed and providing delivery to return my computer, the team were professional, friendly and provided timely service. Their location is also accessible friendly, easily accessed from the 504 streetcar line and combined with delivery service, this business works well for those with limited mobility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was provided an inaccurate turnaround time, which swayed me to going here rather than an Apple store.
I was originally quoted 3-5 business days to complete my repair, and was advised that my machine would be promptly (i.e. that day) assessed if I brought it in when a tech is available.
When I checked in for an update after dropping off my device, I was informed it had not been seen and wouldn't be looked at until the following day - 4 days after it was originally dropped off. My particular repair requires parts to be ordered, so I'm not sure when I would have received it in the end.
This place also has a higher diagnostic fee than another nearby authorized apple repair center ($99 vs $65). Given that I'm not getting the advantage I had expected with respect to turnaround time, I'm going to save myself the risk of any additional diagnostic fees and go direct to Apple to have my devices serviced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I was researching, I stopped into this local shop to ask a few questions. Not only were they answered patiently, given my lack of tech savvy, I ended up purchasing my beautiful upgrade. They loaned me a cord for a couple days, instead of making me buy one i would likely use once to complete my data transfer. When I had an issue a few days in, they took my system, looked it over, cleaned up a couple of things that were likely my fault, and had it back to me in less that 24 hours, no charge! That's why I buy local!

My computer was in bad shape when I left it with them and is pristine now. I am so grateful! Ray was so kind when I picked it up. I don’t remember who I delivered it to but he was excellent too.
