Jordan was very helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different brands, their level of comfort and the material the glasses were made of. I felt very well taken care of and would highly recommend their service. Not to mention they have a great collection of eye wear that is very unique and carry high end brands of generational designers. Thank you for the exceptional service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never purchased a frame from Phila Optical, though wanted to drop a review based on my experience at the store and the everlasting feeling I've had stick with me over the last few weeks.
Unfortunately I purchased a set of glasses at another store, exactly the ones I was ready to buy at Phila.
As much as I value the client/customer relationship, post purchase service and more, the price I was offered at the other store was hard to pass up and the service was just as good, not better (yet). Had I not had any budget, I would have purchased from Jordan at Phila.
Jordan from Phila loves what he does and clearly values everyone who enters his store equally. He spent a handful of time even after the store had closed to discuss all the lens options, quality, frame design (for what I was looking at), and more.. It never once felt like a sales pitch or a rush to get me to buy, that's not his motto and it shows. Only wish him and his practice the best, hope to maybe own one of his frames on day.
Highly recommend anyone in the GTA shopping for "quality", truly exceptional pieces of craftsmanship (non luxxottica) frames and lenses to stop by Phila Optical, you won't regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here for an eye exam and booked my appointment weeks in advanced. I now understand why these guys are so busy ahd it's because they are awesome. The doctor was quick and knowledgeable, and they have a wonderful selection of frames. A bit on the pricy side, but you can tell everything they sell it high quality and will last for years. Thank you Katherine for the great service and for being super personable and an amazing multi-tasker, dealing with a few customers in the store at once as well as customers coming and going at the door. Also for the advice about what type of frames will fit my face shape the best. I would definitely recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked into Phila Optical on a whim on Wednesday. I was assisted by their wonderful clerk, Catherine. She recommended a pair of frames she thought would suit me and she was correct. I loved them. However, I was planning on leaving for a road trip shortly. Catherine put in a rush order for lenses and got to work on putting them in immediately. Needless to say, they were wonderful and the service was top notch. Phila Optical is kind, helpful, and very accommodating. I am very happy with my new glasses. :)
