★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst iphone repair ever. seemed fine leaving the store, couple hours passed and the screen lifted up. My phone worked better with a shattered screen and no home button. Unimpressive and a waste of money, better off spending the extra 50 to get it done right by a real profession. The also told me my lock button was broken and "irreparable". Rubbing alcohol on a q-tip worked... so maybe don't bring your phone here for repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's some bad reviews here but I have nothing bad to say. This is my go to place for cellphone anything. They always are the only ones that have rare sizes for cellphone cases and protectors. They have fixed my nephew's screen at a super reasonable price. They're honest and because I've been here a few times already, they let me bargain with them and give me a better deal or discount. They always charge less for repairs than any other place I've gone in Toronto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cell Icon sold a supposedly brand new samsung galaxy S5 phone to my 89 year old dad about 1 month ago. The phone out of the box had a broken screen. My dad couldn't see the discoloration of colors on the screen because of his age but it was clear to me that this phone screen was defective and this phone was NOT a brand new phone. Also, the screen mirror function doesn't work on the phone either. They took advantange of my 89 year old dad and ripped him off 200 dollars. When my dad showed up at Cell Icon today to get his money back or another possible solution for the defective phone they said that this was not possible. When I tried to talk to them they hung up the phone on me. Customer service gets a zero out of 5. I will file a complaint against Cell Icon to the Better Business Bureau on how they ripped off my dad.

I was really upset with the quality of the case that I bought. It doesn’t fit properly over my iPhone 12 and I can still see large exposed parts of the phone on the sides ! The buttons were much harder to use then any other case I’ve tried so far. Can’t help but feel like I got scammed for $20. I’ve had better quality for less then half the price. Cheap knock-offs are fine as long as they actually work. I was expecting something that I could actually use ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my phone fixed here and my battery was perfectly fine before going there I go to take a nap after and I wake up look at my phone to see that the phone is at 2% and I didn’t use it mind u I was taking a nap and I wake up and my phone said temperature to hot to use phone ! This is a rip off they change ur batteries this is the second time I came here I wish I learned my lessson the first
