I went to the cashier and they told me it was not the boots on display for 40% even though all the boxes were under the sign . they told me they dont have enogh time to sort there signs. i said it was false advertisement amd they should be giving me the 40% for catching there mistake but they decided to not do anything about it. I recommend going to SPRING at this mall better quality and prices.

I had my mask on and secured I have sensitive hands and not able to have harsh products on my skin. I can was easily with soap and water though! No other store in the mall denied entry, I was given the choice to have hand sanitizer or not
d	david c on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found a great pair of boots @ 40% off! Displays and aisles are spacious (ie. not a sardine can). Lots of bench space for trying on shoes. Staff is minimal but they were very pleasant.

Shoes were not that good, insole was hard and i knew it would pain if i wore those and walked for 10 15 mins. So i requested the attendant to place return order. He did it in 2 mins which was very convenient. Happy with the service provided, but not with the shoe quality. However they do have pretty good collections at the store.

I took them back to the store with no receipt, only a date and the credit card used, and Kimberly went above and beyond to exchange the boots. Thank you for exceptional customer service. It truly makes a difference.
r	racquel Charles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have some really nice shoes right now, however I do find that most of the really good brands are not on sale or the discount is very low when compared to other shoe stores. Which made me not buy anything even though I was looking for winter boots. If you don't mind paying full price for shoes then I highly recommend that you check them out. They do have a sale section but most styles that I like are the last pair and not my size. Maybe you will have more luck finding you size in the sale section so take a look.
