Did not answer any of my phone calls for curb side pickup over the course of 30 minutes and called me back while I was outside of the mall waiting to say I could not pick up my order. They wasted my time AND they did it with an attitude. People like this should not work in retail, or in customer service period.

ON TOP OF THE PROBLEM WHY BOTHER HAVING A PHONE NUMBER FOR YOUR COMPANY AND THIS LOCATION IF NO ONE IS GOING TO PICK UP OR ANSWER. Like I recorded the whole situation that happened yesterday and I'm putting on social media for everyone to see the lack of professionalism at this establishment is horrible. Just disgusting

I tried calling the store right when they open but it keeps saying they are assisting other customer... really... because there must be SO many customers right when they open on a snowy day...

Z	Zeya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady just gave me the shoe box with a missing shoe to try on and wanted me to try on the brand new shoe with the display shoe together like that! She didn't even explain anything and just handed me the half missing shoebox with the display shoe and walked away. What kind of treatment is this?! And then when I asked about if the size I wanted was in stock, the other lady was encouraging me to just buy the shoe that was on display on the store shelf!! What do you take me for?? Who in their right mind wants to buy the shoe right off from the display shelf?! Do you people have any common sense?? I wouldn't be surprised if this place went out of business
S	Shi L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was terrible. There were more than 6 customers in the store but the 2 workers were just busy chatting to each other at cash. I stood in front of them for couple of minutes. One was putting a pair of shoes back in the box (sure that's fine), the other, digging out last bit of the hand sanitizer out of the jar to wipe some ink off her arm. Finally she asked if I needed a size (no sh*t, I just like to stand there and hold a display shoes). Not impressed
