Upon arriving at the store i phoned the main number, advised i was in store to get an online order that was confirmed as ready. I was told i may need to wait a while...after waiting 7 seconds for the standard questions i asked "where should i wait?", employee responded "off to the side...". She still had no idea where i was, who i was, order # etc. I could see they were just trying to clear the line of 15 customers and she didn't want to / know how to deal with me. I politely mentioned that she had none of my information, so couldn't retrieve my order...long pause..."ummm...join the line...sorry". Do not choose store pick-up.
