Rafayet has been a great help, great customer services and always going above and beyond to help customers. I have been around asking for help and hes always helping Must say he's very sincere towards work and what he does, a very hard worker. Totally recommend this location.

It's important to note the store is under new management as a corporate Rogers outlet. I was generously served by Mansoor who took expert care of me. He was clear and honest. I was taken through the process without any gaps in explanation and, more importantly, I felt that I was being listened to. Shout out to Mansoor for his helping a trainee at the same time as getting me set up. The store also had all the new gear I needed.

Don’t go Rogers store at duffrin mall .Very self centred customer service.( mansoor )he is not there to help us or customer. Mansoor has lot of attitude and he is acting as if he is favouring us . In fact he is earning from us costumer. He is solely there for his targets and goal.don’t go there at all. Instead go to the wireless wave kiosk and meet samual knows wat he is doing .

Lady name nikka told me on June 18 2021 she told me that I have to call back on july 18 2021 for my promotion. When I confirm with her on June 25 2021 she said she never told me she told a lie. When I confirms with her about confirmation number she change her mouth she try to tell a lie. She say she never told me anything. She works for Roger's. nikka is the one told me all these things. She also told me on June 18 2021 she told me when I take the ignite box my bill is going to be lower. She told me the monthly bill is going to be $229.99. And now she is doubts it. You nikka have to depend on the customer to get a paycheck. Never treat the customer good. Roger's services is not good. Talking like a pig to people. Very rude to people. Bell and teksavvy is better. Roger's services bad to worse. Train your workers to speak to the customer's.

Very unpleasant experience at this outlet. Made an appointment to upgrade a cable box. Arrived on time and waited close to an hour while the clerk was on the phone setting up the order. In the end the clerk couldn't complete the request and I was sent off being told to contact head office myself. Very poor customer service.

I went in to set up a new phone plan. It took 10 minutes from the moment I was seen. It was a little busy when I went so I had to wait 5 minutes only because there were 4 people working. Other customers were leaving happy, too. Ask for Mansoor he knows what’s up
