Last time I visited this store regarding a shoe return as this was the closest location but the store associate was so rude and cold !!I did file a complaint but didnt hear from the district manager yet..I am never going to recommend this store to anyone ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience here. I ordered some shoes but they were quite tight (I have large, hard-to-fit feet) and Promis suggested some similar style shoes that have a larger fit. We got them ordered, they arrived promptly, I just picked them up and they fit great. Will definitely be returning. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aldo Accessories - Dufferin Mall - August 14th 2021 Around 12.20 p.m Staff Associate - refused to provide customer service i.e. return for damange piece. Even after showing email conversation made with adlo co. customer service, acc to it damage piece returns is possible. Later staff gives, Unreasonable excuse saying " i don't like your attitude" and "dont want to serve you "asks to get out of store rudely in front of 2 mall security who were called by staff as I demaded the reason of her being racial for not providing service and unwillingness to take returns. Staff yells to get out of store several time in front of mall security as I demand for apology cause its my right to make returns for damange piece on contrary mall security asks me to leave store or they can ban customer as well for not doing so.
What a huge fuss to take returns on demange piece.
Huge Insult for a customer who jutaking returns t asks reasons for not taking returns on demange piece.
