★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know this is Christmas time and today is Boxing Day; however, the store was not busy with only six people capacity. There was six staff, and only one was actually helping customers. The rest was entertaining themselves, chatting happily at the counter. I was left behind after trying on my size with NO HELP. I have to put shoes in the box and bring then to the counter all by myself. When I was at the counter, the staffs said “ Yea, new shoes for New Year.” They can't even tell I was not happy with my cold tone. My experience at Vancouver was amazing and fun but the staff at Toronto really need some training.

I’ve been shopping at GP since the store on Granville opened in Vancouver but this was by far my best experience!! PS - loving the shoes!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this store and some employees are super nice and cool but I swear the super tall ginger person always has an attitude and doesn’t even say hi + dirty looks all around. Been here multiple times and it’s always the same!
Shocked to see multiple reviews dating way back even talk about the same overall poor customer service situation. Can agree than 4+ employees were just happily chatting at the cashier table while I was clearly eager to make a purchase and needed help.

I was helped by a sales associate named Justin and he was so knowledgeable about the products. He was super sweet and helped me find everything I was looking for. I would recommend dropping by this Ossington Gem if you’re in this part of the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service and products. Jules helped me order a specific colour of Camper sandals from a West coast location that are not carried in store in Toronto. I received a timely phone call to alert me to their arrival in store. I was able to communicate well with staff to postpone my pick up date. Sam helped me when I arrived in store to try on and pay for my sandals. He cleaned them (as they had some black marks on them possibly made by a previous customer trying them on). I was able to use my West Queen West BIA anycard gift card. All in all, highly recommended. Lots of comfortable seating.
