★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful store. There are no price tags on snowboard equipment on shelves, store staff does not know the precise prices. Even if they can know them well, why should I keep that info in my head? For the price this equipment costs, I suppose you can print labels
This location looks more like a showroom rather then a flagship store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burton is one of the best snowboarding brands in the world, and it makes sense that it has a shop here in Toronto. We might not have any mountains, but we certainly have a lot of snowboarders. To service such a large audience, Burton has hired a bunch of really knowledgeable and friendly staff. They aren't just people that work there, they are also snowboarders which makes a huge difference. They also work along side with the youth development organization, Chill that helps kids get into the sport. It honestly doesn't get better than this store if you are a beginner or advance snowboarder. You WILL find something that appeals to you.

They make sure you're getting the best product for your experience level and interests. Not from the city but this is the only place I go for all of my snowboarding related equipment and outerwear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burton products are pricey but they are damn good quality. And the customer service at the store is excellent. Tim at the store was fantastic in advising me on a board, bindings and shoes. I am glad I listened to him on the shoe sizing because it turned out perfect. I went in a 2nd time because I installed the bindings myself, and they helped me check it and fix it. Great experience only make the product work it.
