★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEST MATCHA IVE HAD!!! Have only been to this location so far, but I'm in love. They don't make the matcha overly sweet or bitter, and it has that perfect foam on top. Hot tip: Get with non-dairy milk! The atmosphere is also amazing. It has a great mix of chit chat and people doing work on their computer. Would definitely recommend ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their coffee has the sour/fruity notes which doesnt go well with chocolate flavour such as mocha. Their americano, black, espresso are good though. But the mocha was ok-ish. If they used less sour beans for the mocha it would have tasted great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really loved this location! The drinks and the baked goods are really fresh and absolutely scrumptious in the mornings. Great place to go early in the day, as the place is so spacious and has a lot of sunlight seeping through the windows. Really a vibe!

Visited today and there was a mix up with my order (my order was iced but they made it hot), when I inquired they simply re made it without batting an eye, or making me feel uncomfortable for asking ❤️ which I really appreciated. It was my first time here and I would 100% come back and recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022.02.08 The first coffee stop today was at PILOT. I am very impressed with the place. The setup, decor, equipment, coffee variety, and service 5*. The coffee equipments are state of the art. Excellent. It was entertaining to watch all the barrista practicing how to identify coffee blends by smelling a coffee sample from a tube sample. I think the place is unique. Job well done Team Pilot. I had two coffee Americanos... one with Heritage Blend, and one was a Kenyan blend.
