★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service, the waitress did not even great us when we came in. She brought the menus to the table and left with an attitude. We decided to order and try the food instead of leaving right after that, however. The food is so so, the egg rolls' skin were hard, the grilled pork looked like stir-fried to me since there was no grill marks. The most annoying thing was the conversation between the owner and the staffs when we were dinning here. Not sure did they realize that we could understand their language or not, but we felt so uncomfortable when they kept talking badly about the customers who were present. We paid for our meal with tips but the waitress's attitude was not better. She just sullenly asked me how I wanted to pay and that's it. No courtesy nothing. I would never come back here, ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Half a bowl of noodles, 3 slices of meat, and 2 meat balls. This is pho dac biet. This was $23 delivered. I have a XL large bowl at home specifically for pho takeout over the years and I haven’t needed that thing in a year. Very disappointed in the quantity these days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn’t a big fan of the fresh spring rolls, but the pho was amazing. Broth wasn’t fatty and it carried lots of flavour. The covered patio is great too! Will definitely be back to try more dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered take out pho and vermicelli from here. The pho soup was very bland, weak and didn't taste like normal pho broth. Normal pho places provide limes; I've never seen a lemon with pho before. It doesn't taste bad but it doesn't taste good either. I would have rated this higher but the value is terrible. A very small ball of pho for 15 bucks is ridiculous. I ordered here based on previous reviews, but not sure what happened here. Would never go back. Save your money for Anh Dao.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heard this was the best pho in Toronto, but it is not. The pho broth is bland and lacked depth of flavour. I had to add fish sauce to taste something.
Vermicelli had so little noodles, it was mostly vegetable.
Spring roll was good, a little greasy. Coconut milkshake was also good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very quick service and very good value. The spring rolls were very crispy which I recommend. We ordered a vegetarian pho and a pork bun and both were delicious. Great gem in the area.
Expect a wait but it's worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was delicious with big portion. Even jasmine tea was good but sadly I was uncomfortable with customer service. It seems it’s depends on the servers but I think it hurts restaurant’s reputations. I hope she changes her attitude.
