Congee in particular was excellent. Great vibes - friendly helpful service, fun music playing -will definitely be returning!

Have lived in the area for 7 yrs and only just noticed this place. Delicious and comforting food. We ordered Turnip Cakes. Pure deep-fried satisfaction. Dipping sauce was so good we drank the leftovers. Pork congee is comfort food, along the lines of Khichdi or savoury oats. Didn't know what to expect with PBK and it looks quite plain but is savoury and flavourful with chewy noodles and chunks of tender beef. Definitely has some heat. More would be too much, but this was just on the edge. Was craving it the next day but place is closed on Monday. It's open late on Sun night though, when pickings are slim in this area. Place is relaxed and friendly. I'll be back to try the coffee pudding on Tuesday.

These guys are great! Amazing food, great service. Super impressed by the pace they pump out food and the entire atmosphere. Limited seating is a bit of a bummer, but so much respect for how they manage the influx of Uber eats orders and dine in

We got their take-out and it was delicious. Tried their squid, brisket croquettes, vegan phở and cauliflower dish. So good. I missed having steamed rice with the cauliflower but other than that, wonderful.

Found this little gem just a 3 min walk from Ossington station! Seating is limited but we arrived at a late hour and didn’t have to wait for a seat. My mom and I ordered the Pork Belly Banh Mi for a late night snack and we LOVED it! I loved the RnB and Hip-Hop music, the aesthetics of the high chairs/tables. We had to wait for the food but it was so worth it.

It is 2am and I’m still thinking of their Vietnamese coffee pudding. Could be the caffeine talking but I think everybody need to check out this place. Ordered the Turnip cake, Pork belly banh mi, Beef pho and of course Vietnamese coffee pudding. Blew my mind. Everything was flavourful and got this spice that kick you so good, you keep going back for more. Definitely will need to come back and try the Pork congee, amongst other items on their menu. Ps. It’s not a pho place, it’s not a banh mi place…it’s a Viet Beo. Don’t know what it is? Pop on and find out! You might be pleasantly surprised, just like I was.

Small menu that hits all the right marks! Vegetarian / Vegan friendly as well. Don't skip the flavorful starters! Casual but intimate dining setting and food would be good as takeout too.
