β β β β β This is my local butcher so I'm super happy to support. Great meat from local farms, friendly service and a down to earth vibe that I love. Just tried an incredibly tender and delicious "dollop" steak - only available here I am told.

β β β β β Stopped in on a whim - knowledgeable staff guy (Sorry, didnβt catch his name) was careful to find out what I wanted and compare it with what I *needed* β¦ after wisely probing my thought process. ??
He suggested the Prime Strip Loins and told me they would be the most tender steaks I had ever eaten - FACT, he was RIGHT! ??

I donβt come through the neighborhood often, but might detour thru, now that I have a new fave but her shop. ???

β β β β β I have been shopping and buying meat from these gentlemen since I was in high school 30 years ago (CATSAROLA). They have always looked after me in the most professional and accommodating manner. They are always willing to help in any way that they can and their customer service is impeccable. Their knowledge and experience is unsurpassed. I have read some of the negative reviews and I am both surprised and bewildered at the same time. There is nothing negative about this butcher shop. They always carry high quality meats that are fresh and fairly priced in comparison to market value. Meat is not cheap, meats are expensive anywhere you go, especially the costs of beef, lamb, turkey etc and the industry prices keep going up. This is the same in the entire meat industry. I wanted to extend special thanks to Vince Gasparro's Meat Market for always providing an excellent quality service with excellent products and options. A one stop shop for all your meat needs and much more.

The quality of meat is second to none. I always feel like I get more than what I pay for.

They also deliver, which is amazing. Quick, and sometimes with a surprise treat included.

β β β β β This place is a neighborhood icon! Best selection of quality meats and sausages. But what makes them shine the most is their service! They treat everyone that walks in like family. I moved back to the neighborhood after being away for 5 years living in California, and the guys here remembered me! Great seeing them still around. Meeting up with them again was a great welcome back to the old neighborhood.
