This hole in a wall place is hiding some great food. There's no sign out front either. The loosey was something I wasn't expecting but really turned out to be amazing. The fried rice I think contains pork as about 10 minutes later I was crazy sick - I'm allergic. A 5 star place but they should let their patrons know about potential allergies or what's contained in the food.

Music was way too loud, food was very average, slightly underwhelming. Go for the drinks. Only the pork belly tacos stood out of the 5 dishes we ordered. Skip out on the fried rice if you're big into flavors. Not to mention the playlist was very out of place for the vibe/theme of the restaurant, felt like I was back at a university pub on nostalgia night.

This is such a cute spot with amazing, shockingly affordable food! Absolutely love the vibe, the cocktails were amazing and the dishes were all great. The staff is lovely too. I had to deduct one star because of how uncomfortable the bar chairs are! Please get new chairs and this spot will literally be perfect!

One of the top underdog bar foods around: Squash Poutine. Did not fail to wow my expectations and the cocktails come out absolutely bangin'. I'd never think of ordering bar food, but ODDSEOUL may be the new exception.

The spicy scallion slaw and squash poutine were amazing vegetarian options. Music was great. Only a 5-10 min wait for a table on a Saturday night. Definitely coming back!

Came here after hearing great things about it and was not disappointed. Though the space is kinda small and loud, the food was the best bar food I've had with a great vegetarian-friendly selection. The squash poutine was easily my favorite. I would say it tastes even better than regular poutine because of the extra garnishes and kimchi that balances the flavor profile out. The kimchi fried rice was deceptively simple. It was fragrant and delicious, with the subtle flavor of kimchi present in every bite. The steak mixed dish also came with more slices than expected, and was cooked perfectly medium-rare. Overall, the food deserves 5 stars. However, when we came right at 6pm we were turned away. They told us to be back in 20 min but we were turned away again. When we came back at 6:40 the place was already full. I feel like they should have done a better job at managing our spot since we arrived at their advertised opening time, yet could not be seated until much later...

One of my old favourites and it hurts me to say that the quality has dropped off since the last time I was here (pre-COVID). I heard that ownership may have changed and this may have regrettably contributed to some of the negative changes. The old reliables such as the cheesesteak and wings are still delicious but the former was not as substantial as before and the wings were not as crispy and the batter fell off the skin almost like it had been sitting there for a while before being tossed in the sauce. The loosey was good and I’ve no issues with replacing a bun with a good old fashioned piece of white bread but at least toast it enough so that it’s crispy and not soggy all the way through. The scallion and avocado salad was excellent- super flavourful and fresh with enough acidity to cut through the fattiness of the other dishes. The Hakka mushrooms were flavoured well with the Manchurian type sauce but ultimately over seasoned (probably don’t need to salt it if you’re going to pile on the sauce) and again- had soggy batter that was not at all crispy (what’s going on here?!). The steak was substantial in size and very tender but ultimately lacking in flavour and the steamed vegetables on top were quite bland as well. Our waitress was extremely friendly and attentive. She was a joy. But you do have to wonder why a place like this is open until 2 am every weekday- seems like a bit of a recipe for burnout for the waitstaff and kitchen staff. Nostalgia and the deliciousness of a couple of old favourites bump this up from a 3 to 4 star but barely. Not sure if I’ll be back but maybe if there’s nothing else open on Ossington on a Monday.

One of the best restaurants I’ve been to in a long time, the service is so nice the bartender was a great guy really helpful and knowledgeable! The food was amazing i definitely recommend the pork belly tacos! They got the wrong order for the other part of our meal but compensated with something else which they didn’t need to do! The staff are so kind and I recommend it to anyone! (To the bartender wearing the better gift shop hat your a real one and thanks for the experience tonight!)
