Cocktails were so unique and delicious, the atmosphere and decor were perfect, but it was hands down the staff that gave me sold and will keep coming back!
D	Daniela Xavier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I went to Pastiche over the weekend and we absolutely loved it. The ambiance is unique, mysterious but beautiful. As soon as we walked into the Restaurant we were greeted, once we were seated at a table the hostess not only introduced herself but also everyone else who was working. (Which you never see) The menu was explained, in very fine detail and any questions we had were answered promptly. The drinks were absolutely delicious and the flavors just played with your palette unlike anything I have ever had. The meal was multiple courses, they offered (Meat, fish and Vegetable alternatives). We opted for the seafood option and even though the dishes look small, don't let that discourage you. The meals are handcrafted so beautifully, the flavor- I can't even explain it. At the end of the meal, we were comfortably full and beyond content. To top it off, we were given a home made tequila made from Corn and it was delicious. Hands down, the service, food and ambiance are beyond a 5 star. This is our go to date night restaurant from now on.

The set tapas style menu for $45/person is one of the great finds; intricate food and flavour combinations from a confident and ambitious kitchen. Expect a Spanish/Mexican influence with sweet/acid/heat combinations. The only misstep was the beef tartare which sat in a chilli oil so hot your lips burnt; oil infusion can be tricky, but the chef should have spotted that batch. Cocktails are first class; there are concoctions that you’ll only find there (the burning corn husk in a margarita take off and the smoke bubble (!) on the sloe gin/elderberry is notable), and some classics (chocolate martini)that are next level.

Quality of the food was excellent, the chef called the birthday girl in advance to discuss both dietary preferences (veg/vegan/pescatarian or omnivore) and restrictions (allergies). Incredibly friendly and responsive. The staff on the day of were just the same: kind, helpful, excited about the food and service. The presentation was great and the cocktail list had a ton of great choices.

All I can say is WOW - from the moment we walked in, to the moment we left, it was absolutely amazing. The customer service, food, drinks, and overall ambiance was stellar. The team is extremely kind, talented, and left no detail unturned. They truly know how to make their customers feel welcome and leave with a happy, full stomach. Each course was timed perfectly, drinks were flowing, and every empty dish was taken off of our table almost immediately. We didn't feel rushed to leave, and the staff were funny, accommodating and friendly. Although everything was delicious, the steak tartar was my favourite. They were also on top of all of the COVID policies, which made us feel really comfortable. It's an intimate, cozy, and interesting space - certainly a labour of love. I absolutely cannot wait to come back!

We arrived on a busy Friday night and they were kind enough to put us on waitlist - we just grabbed a quick drink across the street then they texted us. Food was really incredibly, servers was honestly the friendliest I’ve seen in ages, and the cocktails honestly AMAZING!!! Really fun, gorgeous place. What a treat
